The True Order of Melchizedek

#1 Postby Tau Malachi » Sun Aug 19, 2012 10:14 am

The True Order of Melchizedek

The name Melchizedek literally means “King of Righteousness,” and he is also called King of Salem, which means “King of Peace,” more than a name, Melchizedek is a title, and the name implies a holy and enlightened being, a spiritual master. In the Christian Kabbalah the Order of Melchizedek, as I’ve often shared, is an Order of Universal and Primordial Enlightenment; hence, it is an order of holy enlightened and divine beings who labor for the enlightenment and liberation of all living spirits and souls, seeking the fulfillment of the Divine Intention in creation, serving El Elyon, God Most High.

According to the Letter to the Hebrews, the Messiah is the high priest of this Holy Order, and so embodies the fullness of this enlightenment, this conscious union with the Light Continuum and God, and therefore, the fullness of the Divine Presence and Divine Power. If and when a soul becomes the Christ, or the Messiah, to a world system, the Savior and Gnostic Revealer as Adonai Yeshua, they embody the Living Presence and Power of the Messiah in full, and they stand in the “holy office of high priest.”

Speaking of the mystery of one who is Melchizedek the Letter to the Hebrews says:

“Without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but resembling the Son of God [Messiah], he remains a priest forever” (7:3).

This speaks of enlightened being, eternal being, bornless being, and this, exactly is the awareness of the soul in the Light Continuum, Yahweh, or who and what the soul is in God, awakened. When a soul takes up the mission of the Messiah in a world-system, that soul becomes a high priest of this Holy Order, and other souls who embody this enlightenment, and who labor with them for the coming of the Messiah, but who are not the Messiah, are priests of this Holy Order. Along with these there are also souls of various gradations of awakening or realization who also labor for the revelation of the Messiah who are called “messengers” of the Holy Order.

Whenever “human beings,” or intelligent, self-aware life emerges in a world-system, these holy and enlightened beings begin to incarnate and appear in the life-wave of that world, and they labor to generate the conditions in the souls of that life-wave, or in the consciousness of peoples, for the reception and revelation of the Messiah, the Sun of God, Enlightened Being. Through these the revelation of the Divine, or Enlightened Being, transpires, and through all souls willing to follow their teachings and receive initiation from them, and when there are a sufficient number of spiritual souls able to receive the full influx of the Spirit of the Messiah, the Spirit of Enlightenment, the holy one who is to embody the fullness of the Spirit of the Messiah appears among them, the Messiah comes to them. This revelation is not isolate to this world, this earth, but it transpires in every world-system in which “humanity,” intelligent life, appears; thus, the revelation of the Christ, the Messiah, transpired in worlds before the advent of the Messiah in our world, and will transpire in other worlds after ours.

The soul that appears to Abram and Sarai, and that blesses them, and teaches and initiates them, is a priest of the Order of Melchizedek, and so bears the holy name, or rather, the royal title, “Melchizedek.” This is a soul that became realized or enlightened in previous incarnations, in another world-system, and who is destined to become the Messiah in a world-system in the future, but in our world this soul was a priest of the Holy Order, one opening the way for the coming of the Messiah.

The Order of Melchizedek, as I’ve written in “Gnosis of the Cosmic Christ,” is the Primordial Tradition that is within and behind all authentic wisdom traditions, in this world, or any world, and as such, what is meant by the “Order of Melchizedek” is something more than “Christian” – the Christian stream of Light Transmission, or Enlightenment, being one expression of this Holy Order in this world. As an example, when teachings on Dzogchen are given in Vajrayana Buddhism, or teachings on Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are given in Mahayana Buddhism, these teachings are knowledge, understanding and wisdom of what we called the “Order of Melchizedek”; hence, the knowledge of the Primordial and Cosmic Christ, or Enlightenment.

As you might imagine, there are all manner of divine and enlightened beings composing this order, tzaddikim and maggidim, or “saints and angels,” and among them are many who became enlightened in other worlds, among elder races, and who are not human, but come from other races that have received this Supernal Light Transmission, this Enlightenment (Supernal or Messianic Consciousness).

This reflects the Gnostic understanding of “salvation,” for it is not simply a matter of faith, but of gnosis, the knowledge acquired through an enlightenment experience, or an actual self-realization in Christ. It is this that “saves” or liberates souls, though, indeed, faith in the possibility of this enlightenment, and faith in the embodiment of this enlightenment, is integral to the liberation of souls, or gnosis.

In this, perhaps, you will understand that Gnostic Christians are, as Elder Gideon calls us, “Meta-Christians,” so that when we say or write Christ or Messiah, we are speaking of something much more than “Christ” and “Christian” as taught in the outer and unspiritual church, or mainstream Christianity. The Christian Kabbalah is our spiritual and symbolic language, and our vehicle of Light Transmission, but the nature of what we are speaking, and the Light Transmission within our lineage, is universal and primordial, and it transcends Christianity, encompassing all authentic wisdom traditions; hence, the Order of Melchizedek, King of Righteousness, King of Peace, or “King of Enlightenment and Liberation.”

The inmost teachings of the Christian Kabbalah within our lineage are called the “Melchizedek Teachings,” and akin to Dzogchen in Vajrayana, they are teachings on primordial enlightenment and it’s realization. All of our teachings and practices, in fact, flow from these teachings and realization, and so throughout our teachings mysteries of Melchizedek and the Order of Melchizedek are being shared, for this is our experience and understanding of the Risen Messiah – the revelation of the “Pleroma of Light,” Universal and Primordial Enlightenment (True Gnosis)

In closing I’m inclined to add that the name “Melchizedek” and the “Order of Melchizedek,” akin to the name the “Rosicrucian Order” in modern times, is overused, and very often, strange and false teachings are put forth in the name of Melchizedek and the Order of Melchizedek. Thus, with regard to teachings of Melchizedek and the Order of Melchizedek there is a need for spiritual discernment, for as much as a greater revelation of the True Light and Holy Spirit in these times, so is there a greater manifestation of many false lights and the counterfeit spirit; whenever there is a greater influx and revelation of the Holy Light and Spirit, so there is a greater manifestation of the Darkness, the Ignorance – the influx of greater Divine Power amplifies everything, light, darkness and admixture.

Peace be with you!

Thank you once again Tau Malachi for your guiding words on Melchizedek.

Lately, the Holy Spirit seems to be guiding me to the understanding that beyond an "order", Melchizedek is an actual being. A being much closer to El Elyon than the highest angel Metatron.

Peace and Love.

Holy Order & Holy Being: Primordial Enlightened Being

#3 Postby Tau Malachi » Mon Aug 20, 2012 10:03 am

Greetings and blessings in the light of the Messiah!

This Holy Order is a being, and is a state of being; that’s the very nature of the Divine Orders. On one hand, this Holy Order is a multiplicity of Holy and Enlightened Beings, but on the other hand this Holy Order is a singularity of Enlightened Being – Primordial Enlightened Being. As such, the name, title, “Melchizedek,” indicates a Holy Order and Holy Being, and in terms of a Holy Being, when Melchizedek is spoken as the name of a Holy Being it indicates Primordial Enlightened Being, akin to the personification of primordial enlightened being in Buddhism as Samantabhadra Buddha (Primordial Buddha).

In terms of Enoch, and the Archangel Metatron, in the experience of the Light Continuum and Melchizedek Transmission, Enoch is an initiate of the Order of Melchizedek, and Metatron is the archangelic emanation of the Living Presence and Power of the Order of Melchizedek; hence, the intimate connection of Archangel Metatron with the Messiah in the Holy Kabbalah.

The realization of the Messiah, or Melchizedek, corresponds with Eheieh and El Elyon, or Keter of Atzilut. The simplest understanding of this is as follows: Eheieh, the Divine I Am, corresponds with the experience of conscious union with God and Godhead in Supernal or Messianic Consciousness, while El Elyon corresponds with the simultaneous experience of nearness to God and Godhead, or the awareness of God and Godhead ever beyond. This reflects the Non-dual Gnostic Awareness experienced in Supernal Consciousness.

The larger body of the Melchizedek Teachings is recorded in various places throughout the forums, rather like wisdom jewels strewn about, which, if and when gathered, present the entire body of teachings. More than a body of esoteric teachings, however, they are “pointing out instructions” given during an energetic transmission, or spiritual empowerment, and they are called “inmost secret teachings” because they are communicated mind-to-mind and heart-to-heart through a direct shared experience, which facilitates recognition and realization of the Truth and Light indicated by “Melchizedek”; hence, the Clear Light Nature, or Bornless Being.

In this regard, more than “Melchizedek Teachings” there is a Melchizedek Transmission that forms the foundation of the lineage.

Shalom!

Thank you for this post Tau Malachi, it fills me with gratitude.
I am happy to have access to the wisdom of your guidance and your lineage.
I don't understand much of it on a cognitive level yet, and have still to map out the cosmology of the Gnostic Kabbalah in my head. I'm sure it will take years to do so. I haven't even translated the Gnostic terminology into a form that corresponds more closely to Buddhist scriptures which I know a little better. However I resonate deeply with your explanations about Melchizedek, having meditated on His energy for many years.
And reading your posts and books, even when I don't understand what you are saying, leave the cells of my entire body quivering for hours afterwards. It feels like a visceral response to the wisdom teachings.
Blessings,
Robyn

Greetings and blessings in the Holy Light of the Messiah!

It is good to see you here sister, and good to hear that you are having an energetic experience of the teachings; at times the energetic transmission within and behind spoken or written words is more important than the words, but then as knowledge and understanding grows, and there can be a conscious integration, wisdom may dawn and with it a greater spiritual realization.

In terms of the basic cosmology of the Christian Kabbalah, this is presented in "Gnosis of the Cosmic Christ," which represents the teachings presented in one of our three foundation studies on the Tree of Life and Sefirot (Divine Attributes). Joined with this, there is also "Living Gnosis," which is an introduction to our Gnostic Tradition and its essential views and teachings. These two books can help with understanding the teachings and practices presented here in our forums, which span from beginning and intermediate teachings to advanced teachings of the Holy Kabbalah.

It does, indeed, take time to become acquainted with the mystical and symbolic language of the Kabbalah, along with the fundamental teachings and metaphysics presented, but once acquainted it can become a very powerful vehicle of divine revelation and spiritual realization, or deep knowledge of esoteric mysteries of creation and the Infinite One.

I pray the teachings might be of benefit to you in your spiritual journey.

Shalom Aleichem - Peace be upon you!
