Metatron + Sandalfon

Shalom,

I was reading the first cycle in the book "St. Mary Magdalene", by Tau Malachi, and I came across an interesting depiction of Metatron. It is said that Jeremiah, a circle drawer is abiding in a cave contemplating the Mysteries were he witnesses a Man and Women of Light and behind them the Supernal Angel Metatron appears to proclaims "Look! the Anointed is coming and will soon arrive, and in the body of the Anointed a new new creation shall come into being". After this Metatron reveals his true image to Jeremiah.

This was striking to me as we had talked in Zohar about how Metatron can represent the Demiurge or the Great Angel depending on weather we are talking about Keter in Beriyah or Malkuth of Atzilut. This is because in Beriyah not all Forces are Divine and some are admixed. So Metatron's true image must have something to do with the supernal realm and the Revelation of Messiah. The Realm Yichud (unity), the realm in which the Supernal Adam is male and female.

In the "gnosis of the Cosmic Christ" it says the image of Metatron is composed of all the divine images of all living Souls that have been Christed, are Christed or will be Christed in the present cosmic cycle- the composite of all enlightened beings. So when Images of Metatron come up I am curious, as it seems that Metatron is a dynamic angel.

Mysteries of Metatron

Greetings in the Light of the Messiah!

Truly, Torahkiel Yahweh or Metatron is a great mystery, and how much more so the Holy One and Supernal Shekinah within and behind this great maggid? The Prince of the Face is inconceivable to our mental consciousness, though we may know something of the mystery of the Holy Prince in peak states of cosmic consciousness – the greatness of the mystery of Enoch-Metatron gives us some hint as to how truly mysterious and beyond our comprehension the Holy One of Being is, Ain Sof, the Infinite!

We abide, then, in holy awe and wonder at the greatness of our God, in form and person, and in transcendence of form or person – the nameless, unspeakable, unknowable, the incomparable! Hallelu Yah! Praise the Lord, and blessed the Name of El Elyon, God Most High!

We may say, when Keter of Beriyah is unified with Tiferet of Atzilut, Archangel Metatron appears as the Great Maggid of the Messiah, the “Little Yahweh,” for then Metatron is the channel or vessel of the shefa and ruhaniyot of Supernal Tiferet, Supernal Rehamim, the Sefirah of the Messiah, the Human One of Light. However, when Keter of Beriyah is not rightly joined to Tiferet of Atzilut, then the demiurge, the usurper, Yaldabaot, appears in place of Metatron – Keter of Beriyah becomes the demiurge in the illusion of separation.

This is reflected by the klippah of Keter, Taumiel, “the dual and contending forces,” often personified by Moloch and Satan, but mote truly the demiurge, Yaldabaot, and the shadow of the demiurge, Satan – the false god against whom Satan can struggle with the possibility of victory.

Interestingly enough, the name of this klippah speaks a dual truth, for on one hand it is the name of a great and powerful klippah, the apparent light battling the apparent darkness, keeping all at war and bondage forever; yet on the other hand, it is the name of the Great Maggid of the Holy Cross (Tau), the power of the cessation of ignorance, the demiurge, through the mystery of the crucifixion – of course, in that name the letter Mem is removed, Tauiel.

What we may say regarding Metatron is this – the body of this Great Maggid of the Messiah is the matrix of cosmic forces and neshamot, the whole of the world of angels, and the entire expanse of the universe, including all realms and worlds, all dimensions, and all beings in them, from the threshold of the Supernal Universe to the material universe. Thus, necessarily, the Yaldabaot and archonic powers, as well as Satan and the demonic powers, are all contained within Metatron, as surely as are the divine and angelic powers – hence, the potential of all powers is in Torahkiel Yahweh.

Now, as the shefa and ruhaniyot of Supernal Tiferet is drawn down, it is transmitted via Yesod, the Holy Tzaddik, into Supernal Malkut, the Shekinah, and so Metatron is unified with Supernal Malkut, the entire display pouring forth from Metatron being the Shekinah shining from within him – the Sefirah of her manifestation in Beriyah being Tiferet, Archangel Raphael.

Malkut of Beriyah, Archangel Sandalfon, then extends to become Tiferet of Yetzirah, the order of the Malakim.

This all flows out through Metatron, Keter of Beriyah, and so also its extension into Asiyah and our world within Asiyah.

In this light, it is very interesting to contemplate Enoch, the Initiate, who ascends from our world in Asiyah and becomes translated into Archangel Metatron, this Great Maggid of the Messiah. Of course, it is a wild contemplation if we elect to take it up – a potential wildfire of gnosis!

In closing we must say, that whether we behold Metatron or Yaldabaot has much to do with the state of our own mind, consciousness or soul – it is all the radiant display of the nature of mind.

May we be blessed with a most intimate acquaintance with the Holy Prince, that we might come to know the King and Queen, the Holy One of Being; Amen.

Yes, Enoch is associated with Metatron, hence the phrase "Enoch-Metatron" in my post. According to Jewish Midrashim, when Enoch is taken up in ascension he is translated into Archangel Metatron - Christian tradition later picks up the same legend, as in the original church the various Books of Enoch were apparently very popular, as hinted at by the mention of one version of the Book of Enoch by St. Jude in his epistle.

Elijah translated into Sandalfon

Greetings!

When Enoch had lived for sixty-five years, he became the father of Methuselah. Enoch walked with God after the birth of Methuselah for three hundred years, and had other sons and daughters. Thus all the days of Enoch were three hundred and sixty-five years. Enoch walked with God; then he was no more, because God took him. (Genesis 5:21-24)

Inspired from a recent discourse of Enoch being translated into Metatron, I've inquired into legends-midrashim of this event for more detail, discovering new insights not only of Enoch becoming Metatron, but new questions of another biblical figure who might also be translated into a different archangel, contextualizing how Yeshua is also translated in the Apocalypse into an archangelic synthesis of the two.

First, Enoch is described as a retreatant, so entirely unique in his generation for insight and wisdom that he is sought even by kings and rulers, "to be taught and guided by him." Even after warning his retinue of a word from God that he would be taken up and made a ruler even over the angels could not assuage his impending absence. Each day, Enoch insisted they turned back, and while many did, those who remained on the seventh day with him did not survive the event of Enoch "carried into the heavens in a fiery chariot drawn by fiery chargers."

"The sinfulness of men was the reason why Enoch was translated into heaven. ... When the generation of the deluge transgressed, and spoke to God, saying, 'Depart from us, for we do not desire to know Thy ways,' Enoch was carried to heaven, to serve there as a witness that God was not a cruel God in spite of the destruction decreed upon all living beings on the earth. [...]

"When Enoch was transformed into Metatron, his body as turned into celestial fire--his flesh became flame, his veins fire, his bones glimmering coals, the light of his eyes heavenly brightness, his eyeballs torches of fire, his hair a flaring blaze, all his limbs and organs burning sparks, and his frame a consuming fire. To right of him sparkled flames of fire, to left of him burnt torches of fire, and on all sides he was engirdled by storm and whirlwind, hurricane and thundering." (Legends of the Jews, 140-141)

The only other figure in biblical literature who did not experience death is Elijah. There are faint similarities between these two, working in times of such severe degradation of the continuum, but for one all-important difference: Enoch could not transmit, while Elijah could. To transmit is to reach and be fulfilled, completed, in what one knows and understands of the Light. Elisha the disciple completed Elijah, being able to receive his Tzaddik in full:

When they had crossed, Elijah said to Elisha, ‘Tell me what I may do for you, before I am taken from you.’ Elisha said, ‘Please let me inherit a double share of your spirit.’ He responded, ‘You have asked a hard thing; yet, if you see me as I am being taken from you, it will be granted you; if not, it will not.’ As they continued walking and talking, a chariot of fire and horses of fire separated the two of them, and Elijah ascended in a whirlwind into heaven. Elisha kept watching and crying out, ‘Father, father! The chariots of Israel and its horsemen!’ But when he could no longer see him, he grasped his own clothes and tore them in two pieces. (2 Kings 2:9-12)

Enoch being translated into Metatron is the archangelic emanation of the sefirah Keter in the universe Beriyah. This same presence we call upon in our ceremonial art as the Spirit of the Initiates, Ruach ha Enoch. Likewise, the power we call upon in the Spirit of the Prophets, Ruach ha Elijah, is Sandalfon, the archangelic emanation of the sefirah Malkut in Beriyah. A gap in my knowledge is suddenly exposed: Have I not ever inquired all this time of Elijah's ascent, translated into Sandalfon? If this is so, that as Enoch became Metatron, Elijah became Sandalfon, then there are other teachings of Sandalfon to reconsider! Therefore, I'd ask how our oral tradition has ever linked this ascent of Elijah as translating into Sandalfon.

The Ascension & Translation of Elijah

Greetings and blessings in the light of the Messiah!

First it must be said that rather than the Risen Messiah becoming translated into Archangel Hua, instead Hua is the essential archangelic emanation of the glory body of the Messiah, a form the Messiah assumes to impart the revelation to the navi, prophet, Yohanan the Beloved. Likewise, this glory body emanation of the Messiah becomes the vehicle through which the Supernal Influx transpires in the apocalypse, and the play of judgment and mercy, the direct emanation of the Risen Messiah in his full and true form occurring at the fruition of the apocalypse with the coming of the Holy Bride, New Jerusalem.

According to Christian masters, as for example, as we read in the Pistis Sophia, the Messiah assumes a myriad of forms in body of glory, shape-shifting, as it were, in skillful means to assume forms, images, like those to whom he appears, even assuming an incarnation, a body of manifestation, as a human being to initiate the Supernal Light Transmission in humanity and this world. Thus, we also hear of the Risen Messiah emanating as the archangels of the sacred circle, Rafael, Michael, Gavriel and Uriel, among others, and we are told that there are other forms the Risen Messiah assumes as he enters into the various realms, worlds and universes that compose the great matrix of creation, proclaiming the gospel, the enlightenment and liberation of all living spirits and souls.

Hua, the union of the presence and power of Metatron and Sandalfon, is the principle archangelic form of the Messiah in body of glory, however, and if we understand the true nature of archangels and angels, and the deeper mysteries of their being, their existence, and understand what Metatron and Sandalfon are in their divine nature, all of the emanations of the archangels and orders of angels are in them, or rather, emanate from the presence and power of El Elyon that they embody within inner, metaphysical dimensions. Just as all spirits and souls in creation, the holy angels have an interdependent and interconnected existence, though their existence is more “fluid,” or non-linear in a manner of speaking, and they flow out of one another, and flow with, in and through one another, in the most incredible dance between form and formlessness, pure energy, light, and various light images, emanations, they assume. Their existence, on a certain level, is very different from our own, and yet, in the inner parts of our soul, our being, we are very similar, also having a non-linear and meta-dimensional existence, and we too are profoundly interconnected with them, inseparable from them.

This expresses how it can be that a human being, a holy person, can be “translated” into an archangel, or how the body of glory of a tzaddik can emanate as an angelic being, or other divine being – because of our material incarnations, however, our deep involvement in the matrix of creation, and the evolution of soul, being, that happens through it, while appearing “lower” than the holy angels for a time, we can evolve beyond them and be “set above” them. This, exactly, is what transpires with Enoch – as Metatron, Torahkiel Yahweh, he is set above all angels of creation, formation and making, though according to masters of the tradition there are primordial and supernal angels within and behind Metatron, those who are “greater” than the Prince of the Face, however impossible for us to conceive such divine and enlightened beings might be.

In the experience of Supernal or Messianic Conscious this becomes very clear to us, for our initial breakthrough into Supernal Consciousness is only a beginning – we find many gradations of Supernal Consciousness moving into Ain Sof, the Infinite, and passing from one to another we encounter existences such as cannot be thought or conceived in mental consciousness, not in our wildest imaginations, and that there is no way to communicate here in these bodies and this world.

You are correct dear brother, there is an extensive oral tradition concerning the ascension of Elijah – in much the same way as Enoch assumes the form of Metatron, so seers in the tradition have taught us that Elijah assumes the form of Sandalfon, although these represent two different sacred intentions, or rather a labor for the harvest of souls in different ways and different dimensions.

Here we can share an open secret, one not spoken before in this generation. The great gesture taken up by Enoch, versus the great gesture taken up by Elijah, is similar to the great gesture of our Lord and Magdalene. In a similar way, though different then Yeshua Messiah, Enoch ascends becoming Metatron, assuming a certain repose or cessation, never incarnating in the material dimension again until the end-of-days when all is accomplished. He withholds himself from full cessation, and full unification with God and Godhead, holding himself in between the Supernal World and the great matrix of creation, and he labors for the salvation of spirits and souls in the heavens, and in various angelic and spiritual realms and worlds. Elijah, on the other hand, ascends becoming Sandalfon, and labors also in the heavens, and in angelic and spiritual realms and worlds, but he holds himself “outside” of the Supernal World, and instead of entering into a certain cessation and repose like Enoch, his vow and focus is to continue to take up incarnations of the material dimension and material worlds until all living spirits and souls are delivered from their bondage. Thus, as we know and understand, the soul of Elijah returns as Yohanan the Baptist and labors with the Messiah for the revelation of the true kingdom of heaven, while Enoch abides in cessation, repose, from material incarnation, standing as a witness, and laboring in most subtle and sublime supernal and spiritual dimensions for the harvest of souls.

Just as the Holy Bride continues to return in each generation, so does the soul of Elijah continue to return – as the soul of the Holy Bride is with us today, so is the soul of Elijah-Yohanan.

Thus speaks to deep mysteries of Sandalfon, inner and secret mysteries beyond those taught at the outset to novices in the lineage, as well as speaking deeper mysteries of Metatron and Hua.

If we look and see, Sandalfon as the manifestation of Malkut of Beriyah represents the matrix of great spiritual forces, archangels and greater divinities, within and behind the world of angels, world of spirits, and various worlds of sentient existence. Likewise, as Malkut of Beriyah is Tiferet of Yetzirah, Sandalfon has a secret relationship with the Malakim, “messengers,” and because Malkut of Beriyah is Keter of Asiyah, Sandalfon has an intimate relationship with the “first swirlings,” “big bang,” and the gilgulim, the transmigration of souls.

The orientation of Metatron is the kingdom of heaven in the heavens, as it appears in the Pleroma of Light above, within, but the orientation of Sandalfon is the kingdom of heaven spread out upon the earth and in various worlds of the material universe, the kingdom of heaven manifest below, without. In its realization, however, there is one single kingdom of heaven, and all is the raying out of the Pleroma of Light, the distinction between above, within and below, without falling away with the dawn of Pure Radiant Awareness, Non-dual Gnostic Awareness – hence, the reality of Archangel Hua.

If we understand the orientation of Sandalfon, we understand that Sandalfon is intimately involved with the appearance of prophets, messengers, in this world, and in all worlds of the universe, and likewise, that Sandalfon is intimately involved with the appearance of angels in the worlds, their generation of apparent material forms to labor in the worlds with the tzaddikim.

Sandalfon, as we know, is the “angel of the Shekinah,” and specifically the Shekinah “below,” Nukva-Kallah, or the manifestations of the Holy Shekinah in this world, and in all worlds in which “humanity” emerges – hence, the Shekinah as she manifests to us in revelation of the Divine and revelation of the mysteries of creation. As such, Sandalfon is deeply connected with significant shifts in the play of spiritual forces within and behind the world, tending the dynamic balance necessary between divine, archonic and demonic forces for the evolution of souls and their eventual realization, and laboring continually for the manifestation of the will of the heavenly Father on earth as it is in heaven – hence, laboring for the realization of the Divine Intention in this world, as well as other worlds.

As much as generating emanations of himself into this world, and emanating as the angel of the Holy Shekinah in this world, Sandalfon-Elijah also assumes incarnations, the soul of Elijah continuing to appear in body of manifestation among us, as well as appearing to us in body of glory. Thus, while translated into Sandalfon on one level, on another level the soul of Elijah also continues to incarnate from one generation to another, but then, understanding Sandalfon, such is the very nature and orientation of Sandalfon, the mission of Sandalfon, as might be said.

Now, the soul of Elijah, the soul of Yohanan the Baptist, tends to reveal deep mysteries of the World of the Sefirot and Kabbalah, and of the coming of the Messiah, the Kabbalah of the Messiah; but most especially, when Elijah was taken up in ascension and was translated into Sandalfon, or unified with Sandalfon, he gazed into the gilgulim, and into the continuum of incarnation of all souls, acquiring special knowledge of the journey of all souls, and of their tikkune-mending and salvation. Thus, the soul of Elijah holds knowledge of the tikkune of souls, tikkune of the world, tikkune of the world of angels, and tikkune of the World of the Holy Sefirot, or the tikkune of the Great Name.

Parallel to this, Metatron holds the knowledge of the fruition of all souls, their full enlightenment and liberation, and of their existence among the living ones, the immortals, hence their innate perfection as they are in the Light Continuum (Yahweh).

Here we may say, Hua holds the knowledge of the complete interdependence and interplay of this Being and Becoming, the realization of the Being in the Becoming, repose and movement simultaneous.

If we are to speak of the visions, the knowledge, understanding and wisdom granted to Elijah in his ascension, first and foremost it is knowledge of the countless world-systems in this great cosmic cycle and the play of spiritual forces in them through which souls develop and evolve into the image and likeness of Yahweh Elohim, and so become realized in the Human One of Light, the Messiah. Thus, in the same way stories are told of Enoch traveling through celestial realms and various heavens, and their “chambers,” so we are told stories of Elijah traveling in spirit through various worlds in this universe in which humanity, intelligent life, comes into being, and in which the advent of the Messiah is destined.

What is perhaps most intriguing, if we experience the visions of Enoch, and we experience the visions of Elijah, we find that they merge and that the boundary between them, or distinction between them, vanishes – we see a holistic, integral vision of one great matrix of heavens and worlds, the whole matrix, the Entirety and Pleroma being one vehicle for the realization of the Divine Intention, the realization of the Human One, divine and supernal (bornless).

In a manner of speaking, all creation is in the “Mind of God,” and is the radiant display of the Divine Mind – it is all the emanation of the Holy One, the Divine Being-Consciousness-Force, whether heavens, hells or worlds in-between, or whether Entirety or Pleroma, Perud or Yichud, just the same.

In Hua we know and understand that the spiritual labor of Enoch-Metatron and Elijah-Sandalfon is one and the same, and that these two apparent missions are completely interwoven and interconnected – one mission, an ongoing labor for the advent of the Messiah and full reception of the Holy Spirit throughout all creation, heaven, earth, and beyond.

Now, as you might imagine, there is much said about Elijah-Sandalfon and the divine play of prophecy, or vision bringing – influxes and revelations that inspire, guide, the development and evolution of consciousness in the world, and so of the various ages and aeons that manifest, and the various streams of light transmission or wisdom traditions that manifest. In a manner of speaking, in Elijah-Sandalfon there is an intimate knowledge of many Torahs and Gospels, and of that primordial Torah and Gospel within and behind. According to one holy tzaddik, Enoch-Metatron is a master of the “Written Torah” and Elijah-Sandalfon is a master of the “Oral Torah.” Thus, Enoch-Metatron hold intimate knowledge of the Torah and Gospel as it is in the Yahweh, while Elijah-Sandalfon holds intimate knowledge of the Torah and Gospel as it was, is and will be revealed in the countless worlds of creation, hence knowledge of the Torah and Gospel as it is in Adonai.

In closing we can remind of a prophecy in the tradition, that in the end-of-days the soul of Enoch and Elijah will appear again in this world, but in that time they will appear together, with the Shekinah of the Messiah moving with, in and through them, bringing about the Great Transformation, opening the way for the Great Ascension. This can become a very luminous contemplation, one generating insights into the deep mysteries of the second coming of the Messiah and the advent of New Jerusalem, the Holy Bride.

This, it seems, is enough for one time. We will wait upon the Holy Spirit to see where she might carry us next in our contemplations.

Let us pray to hasten the second coming of the Messiah, and labor for the full reception of the Holy Bride – as we do, let us be wise and live as though the Day of Our Lord is tomorrow. Amen.

Tikkune in one's house

Greetings Tau Malachi:

To begin, I wish to thank you for sharing so many marvels regarding the dynamism of Sandalfon and Metatron. I never imagined so many layers and reflections were present. May these teachings bless all who are so fortunate to really hear them!

As I read and reread this contemplation you've posted, two mysteries came to light in a new way. The first regards the 'missing link' I've long pondered in the Great Tree of Life spanning Atzilut, Beriyah, Yetzirah, and Asiyah. Deep, deep within all mysteries of manifestation are layers upon layers of simultaneously enveloping realities: Keter of Asiyah is our cosmic 'beginning' in the Big Bang some thirteen and a half billion years ago, concealing the messengers, Malachim, of Tifaret of Yetzirah, who conceal the archangelic presence of Malkut of Beriyah: Sandalfon. For years now, I've not seen how Atzilut links with Asiyah. What I mean, is that even lowest gradation of Atzilut, Malkut, being Tifaret of Beriyah and Keter in Yetzirah always made me ask, "How then is Supernal light ever directly emanating into Asiyah? How is this sefirotic gap closed?" Because of your post, I'm feeling closer than ever to hearing how: Metatron and Sandalfon, being Keter and Malkut of Beriyah literally overlap all olamot-worlds in such a way as to seamlessly channel supernal light into physical form. They bridge everything: Tifaret of Atzilut to Keter of Asiyah, Zer Anpin to the Big Bang. For this I'm very grateful.

A second and very related mystery which your post inspires is Sandalfon's role in materiality, incarnations, and their tikkunim. I won't even pretend to grasp the source of physical matteriality that banged into and as this present cosmic cycle, only to get to the point: these computers we're using, the food we're eating, the spaces we're dwelling, this planet itself, all share a basic physicality that can be neither created nor destroyed, but are ceaselessly changing. The movements of their ceaselessly changing is much like a wheel, an ofan, which Kabbalah affirms not absurdly turning round and round on the same plane, but a wheel which spirals, grows, and ascends. Like the wheels of a chariot touching the ground, our incarnations are completely necessary to actualize and reveal an otherwise potential, concealed light.

What reveals and actualizes this light is every act of tikkune, mending, reparation, which your post above draws out beautifully: Incarnation. As the Holy Bride vowed to return again and again until the time of the Second Coming, so Elijah returns in every generation. This shared mystery of the Holy Bride and Elijah reincarnating for sake of the tikkunim of souls opens many more details of this mystery of incarnating. In Jewish Orthodox tradition, the role of Elijah's presence at ceremonies of circumcision is a new question in this context. Likewise, our prayers in the Feast of the Holy Bride of the incarnation of holy souls mean something much deeper in the facilitation of Archangel Sandalfon.

What brings tikkunim home literally, grounding in our experience literally, is our experience as children and/or parents. How much more literal does one's tikkune in this life and physical plane become than in the day to day exchanges of energy between parents and children? In this entire vein, Gevurah, the fifth commandment in both transmissions of the Law, is heard very differently, as are the Thirteen Attributes of Mercy. Both are promising tikkune if their teaching is honored and practiced:

Honour your father and your mother, so that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you. (Exodus 20:12)

‘The Lord, the Lord,
a God merciful and gracious,
slow to anger,
and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness,
keeping steadfast love for the thousandth generation,
forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin,
yet by no means clearing the guilty,
but visiting the iniquity of the parents

Most amazing of all, is the last teaching of the Old Testament calling upon Elijah and coming from your namesake, the prophet Malachi:

Lo, I will send you the prophet Elijah before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes. He will turn the hearts of parents to their children and the hearts of children to their parents, so that I will not come and strike the land with complete destruction. (4:5-6)

Somehow, something of the destiny of the human world struggling with itself on earth is rooted right here in everyone's home, where the tikkunim of our souls begins anew in each life. If I'm hearing your post above, then the Messengers, the Malachim, are more immanent than I appreciated. These who are the healing messages they bear to us when most needed are all expressions of Sandalfon, laboring for souls, constantly spiraling, growing, and ascending.

Thomas 48: May two make peace with each other in a single house, and say to the mountain of karma, 'Move from here!' It will move.

The Play of Tikkune

Greetings and blessings in the light of the Messiah!

First it must be said that the Supernal Light and the shefa of the Supernal Sefirot is made manifest in materiality through the Sefirot as they appear in the Olamot, the Sefirot in each successive Olam representing a greater restriction, limitation, of the Supernal Light. Essentially, the Holy Light is transformed, and assumes various gradations or forms, beginning as the simple primordial light, or clear light, and becoming the supernal light, spiritual light, astral light, and finally material light, light as it occurs in the material dimension and universe, and light bound up in the substance of matter itself.

Here we may share an open secret: The holy light that is above, is everywhere here, below – it is the secret center of every particle of matter, and as we witness in the resurrection and ascension of the Messiah, in the fruition of creation, matter is translated into its true nature, pure energy, pure light, the light bound up within matter being released. This process is spoken of in the Pistis Sophia, first in the generation of the three light vestures, or bodies, of the Risen Messiah, but also in what’s said of the spiritual labor of Melchizedek, the “light purifier” and “light receiver,” who labors for the reintegration of the light of souls with its source, the Virgin of Light, or Light Continuum.

Here, perhaps, we can also speak another open secret. There is distinction between the souls of human beings and angelic beings, one enshrouded in mystery, for the existence of the holy angels is within spiritual and astral dimensions, with some among the holy angels reaching into supernal dimensions, and while they may appear at times in the material dimension, their existence is not in the material dimension. The souls of human beings, on the other hand, reaches fully into the material dimension, and spans the astral, spiritual and supernal dimensions, hence the souls of human beings are meta-dimensional in a way that is different than the angels of God. Moreover, while angels may evolve in transmigration from one great cosmic cycle to another, within any given cosmic cycle, which is the duration of their “incarnation” or existence as an angelic being, they do not evolve, but the souls of human beings evolve and become realized. This expresses how it is that souls of human beings are “lower” than the angelic beings for a “little while,” but then may be exalted “above” them, evolving beyond the holy angels in their realization.

Angelic beings form the stable matrix that facilitates the development and evolution of human beings, and all sentient beings – the hold, embody, light power in various gradations, thus serving to uplift souls, rendering spiritual assistance in the play of creative evolution.

There are, of course, angelic beings whose existence does not span the entire great cosmic cycle, but is of a shorter duration, more or less, and with these we can speak of a certain kind of progressive development and evolution, but not of the kind possible for a human soul, at least not unless an angelic being assumed human incarnations, as with other kinds of sentient beings passing into human incarnation, and thus evolving through human life-waves. In that case we would be speaking of a human soul and therefore the potential for human development and evolution would apply.

In fruition, however, a human soul becomes more than an angel, as we witness with the Messiah and great tzaddikim, holy ones.

Now, archangels and angels serve as mediating intelligences and messengers in between the Supernal World and material world, and in between God and humanity, and until such time as a direct influx of supernal grace, supernal light, can be received and integrated, they transform the holy light into various gradations, forms, in which it can be received and integrated, spiritual and astral. Until the coming of the Messiah and Holy Bride and the matrix of souls of higher grades surrounding them, there was no vessel to receive the direct influx of supernal force – thus, what was received was spiritual light, and astral light, not the supernal light directly.

Basically speaking, a development and evolution of human consciousness, human souls, was necessary before the direct influx of supernal light could be received in the material world, and so drawn out from materiality. This is reflected in the story of Enoch, the “Initiate,” who although he embodied something of the supernal light could not transmit that Holy Light, for there was no one in his generation who desired to receive it, or was able to receive it – because of this the advent of the Messiah could not occur through him and he was taken up in ascension. The same is true of other holy ones after Enoch, there was not a sufficient matrix of souls to receive the direct influx of supernal light, and therefore the advent of the Messiah, the Human One of Light, could not occur through them. Thus, for many generations, through many ages, tzaddikim and maggidim labored together for the development and evolution of human consciousness, human souls, that might be able to receive the advent of the Messiah, the direct influx of Supernal Consciousness-Force. Even after the advent of the Messiah this spiritual labor continues, for as we know, as yet, all human souls, and all our relations, have not received the Messiah and supernal light transmission, not even all among those who have taken the name of “Christian” for themselves have receive the fullness of the Messiah as yet.

The Gospel of St. Phillip teaches us about this, for in it we are told that we are to receive the supernal chrism, the supernal light, in baptism. If we go down into the living waters and arise receiving nothing, and take the name of Christian for ourselves it is borrowed, and what is barrowed we must repay with interest; but, if we go down into the living waters and rise up receiving the supernal chrism, the Holy Spirit, the name of Christian is ours as a gift, and a gift we do not return or payback, it is ours to keep.

This, of course, speaks to an actual self-realization in Christ, a salvation not by faith alone, but through gnosis – a spiritual illumination, enlightenment.

There is a deep mystery to be spoken here, one integral to understanding mystery of the Divine Incarnation. As we know and understand, the soul incarnate as Yeshua Messiah was a soul of a higher grade, a soul that was realized in incarnations within another world-system from among the “elder races,” and as such his soul was a pure emanation of the Pleroma of Light and God, the True Light. He was, and is, the pure emanation of the supernal light-presence and light-power in the world, the Messiah – an emanation of the grace and mercy of El Elyon, Emmanuel, “God with us.” This, and this alone, could break the bondage of soul to cosmic ignorance, the demiurge, dispelling the illusion of separation and severing the cords that bind us to the archonic realms and the gilgulim – Divine Grace accomplishes the salvation of souls, bringing them to their fruition in the Pleroma of Light.

Thus, the Soul of the Messiah emanates and descends, through the heavens and aeons above, and the dominions of the archons below, and becomes incarnate in the material world and universe, bearing the supernal light, the Supernal Consciousness-Force, and so the direct influx of supernal light is made manifest as Yeshua Messiah, the ‘Sun of God’ shining in the world for all to receive who desire to receive. This is how the direct influx of supernal light reaches the material world and universe, through the advent of the Messiah who is the True Light.

If we inquire why Enoch becomes Metatron, withholding his soul from full reintegration with the Light Continuum in Atzilut, or why Elijah unifies his soul with Sandalfon and continues to incarnate and actively labor in the harvest of souls in this world, it is the fullness of the love of God, the True Light, the deep desire for the fulfillment of God’s will, and love for all creatures, the deep desire for the salvation of all living spirits and souls – in a word, it is true compassion. They take up the spiritual labor of angelic beings, with angelic beings, holding sacred space and helping to generate a stable matrix of spiritual forces through which souls might be drawn up in the great ascension.

Although the advent of the Messiah has taken place, still the role of the worlds of archangels and angels plays an integral role, for there remain countless spirits and souls that cannot, as yet, receive the direct influx of supernal light, and so the spiritual labor of angelic continues to facilitate the development and evolution of souls, sentient beings, until all are able to receive the True Light.

Now along with this, the incarnation of souls of a higher grade, holy ones, tzaddikim and navim, is essential – a true “apostolic succession,” if you will, that embodies something of this light-presence and light-power, manifesting the Continuum Light Transmission in each generation.

In Metatron and Sandalfon, and in Hua, we see something of the interweaving of this spiritual labor among the tzaddikim and maggidim – and we see something of the dissolution of the boundary or distinction between tzaddikim and maggidim.

Here we can speak another open secret. In the same way that angels, maggidim, labor for the salvation and ascension of souls, so in their realization tzaddikim, in turn, draw maggidim in ascent – perfect tzaddikim becoming teachers of angelic beings, for as the image and likeness of Yahweh Elohim, and as a divine and supernal being, a fully realized human being holds knowledge, wisdom and understanding beyond that of the holy angels because of their conscious unification with God and Godhead.

There is a hint of this in what Adonai Yeshua teaches to Nathanael, when he says to Nathanael, “Very truly, I tell you, you will see heaven opened and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of the Human One” (John 1:51). And also, for example, in a teaching he gives about the great judgment, where he says, “When the Son of the Human One comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory” (Matthew 25:31).

Thus, in the Risen Messiah, as much as a labor for the harvest of souls, so is there a labor for the enlightenment and liberation of spiritual beings-forces, including angelic beings and greater cosmic spiritual forces.

If we ever meet a living tzaddik in this world, and we abide in the presence of the holy tzaddik, and we become aware of the subtle psychic and spiritual atmosphere around them, we will notice the coming and going of spirits and angels, along with the spirits of tzaddikim continually, and while, at times, we will perceive holy angels ministering to them, so we will see them ministering to the angels, the angels coming to receive teachings from them. Thus we will find that a holy tzaddik has a much larger retinue of spiritual companions within inner and subtle dimensions than in the physical dimension, and we will find that there is an incredible exchange of sparks between tzaddikim and maggidim in the Continuum of Light Transmission.

This exchange of sparks between tzaddikim and maggidim, of course, is within the dominion of Metatron and Sandalfon, or Hua.

In terms of the passages that you have drawn out brother, and gazing into the work of tikkune, you have cited what is perhaps the most essential key for the tikkune of souls.

First, let us understand that from the Shiverat Ha-Kelim, the shattering of vessels, sparks are bound up throughout creation, bound up in everything that appears in creation – our constant labor for the tikkune of creation and fulfillment of the Divine Intention is the drawing out and the uplifting of holy sparks, and their reintegration with the Light Continuum. In every action in this world and beyond there is a constant opportunity for this labor of tikkune.

Second, let us remember that all souls, all of us, are in an exchange of sparks, sparks of our souls being held and carried by one another – energetic connects that form from our various interactions, positive, neutral and negative. The labor for the tikkune of souls is also the gathering in of our sparks and the return of the sparks of others, especially those bound up by negative interactions, sins against one another. The fundamental means of this aspect of the tikkune of souls is given in the passages you cite, and most directly in the passage, the prophecy, about the return of Elijah. As we know and understand, often times in our experience here, the most difficult negative energetic exchanges for us to heal are those with our family, and especially with our parents – so when we read a prophecy of the coming of Elijah, and his encouraging healing and the restoration of love between parents and children, it reveals how important this dimension of healing is for the reception of the Messiah and the salvation of souls – their full tikkune, mending or correction.

In the Sermon on the Mount as told in the Gospel of St. Matthew, Adonai Yeshua teaches us about this critical labor for tikkune in the Lord’s Prayer – “And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors,” and he gives a clear teaching about the need for active forgiveness immediately following his teaching of the Lord’s Prayer, saying, “For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you; but if you do not forgive others, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses” (6:12, and 14-15).

As we are taught by Adonai Yeshua, *forgiveness* is the most essential key for the tikkune of souls – hence, the release of the cords that bind us and others, setting one another free, loving one another, remembering the innate goodness and light within one another, and letting go of all negativity.

That forgiveness between parents and children, or the restoration of love between parents and children, is bought up in the prophecy concerning the return of Elijah becomes highlighted in our own times – for so often it is the habit of this generation to cling to what happened between us and our parents, or to perpetuate negative patterns learned in our relationship with our parents, or to justify our own weaknesses and sins through blaming our parents. On a spiritual and psychic level, this is a perpetually endless, downward spiral, and can create a severe obstruction to the tikkune-healing and enlightenment of our soul. The truth is, whatever may have transpired between ourselves and our parents in the past, or between us and others in the past, coming to Christ it is time to forgive and let go, and to seek to live the love and compassion of Christ – it is time to heal and reintegrate our soul with the Light Continuum (Yahweh).

As we might surmise, a significant labor of Sandalfon is for the generation of forgiveness and the tikkune of souls that comes through it – a deep compassion through understanding the plight of souls in bondage to the ignorance.

Perhaps as our discussion unfolds we can speak more about the interactions of Sandalfon and the Malakim, but for the moment this seems to be enough of an addition to our contemplation.

In all things may we seek to bring about the tikkune of souls and the world, empowered by our gnosis of the Risen Messiah. Amen.

Shabbat Shalom Tau Malachi and Elder Gideon!

Might I offer my gratitude for this discussion. There is something exceeding luminous in these words.

I could not help but be drawn back into a previous contemplation on Hua inspired months ago in another discussion as you began here, Tau, with:

First it must be said that rather than the Risen Messiah becoming translated into Archangel Hua, instead Hua is the essential archangelic emanation of the glory body of the Messiah, a form the Messiah assumes to impart the revelation to the navi, prophet, Yohanan the Beloved. Likewise, this glory body emanation of the Messiah becomes the vehicle through which the Supernal Influx transpires in the apocalypse, and the play of judgment and mercy, the direct emanation of the Risen Messiah in his full and true form occurring at the fruition of the apocalypse with the coming of the Holy Bride, New Jerusalem.


Then and now Hua appeared as a Tree of Light, with branches reaching out into the Entirety. And now more is seen especially in considering the frequent declaration in scripture: may the whole earth be fill with the Glory of God. We could actually spend a lifetime just contemplating scripture that speaks of the Glory of God!

Today, my contemplations have been carried into spiritual gardening. Your words, Tau Malachi, speak of the labor in bringing forth the Tree of Light in this and in all worlds of the Entirety. I began to recall the teachings of Yeshua as a laborer - sowing, reaping, bringing an ax to the roots of unfruitful trees, cutting away branches. I realized that previously I had thought of the fruit of the tree as the fulfillment of Divine Intention, but today it feels that the fulfillment of Divine Intention is the expansion of the branches of the Tree of Light, so that indeed the prayer of the righteous is that all of the earth - that all of the Entirety - be filled with Hua, the essential emanation of the glory body of the Messiah.

What Yeshua says at the end of Matthew 24 keeps swirling in my mind:

Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors!

May the Entirety be filled with Hua. Thy Kingdom Come!

Glory Body Emanations of Messiah

Greetings and blessings in the light of the Messiah!

The glory body of a holy tzaddik is expansive, and assumes many and diverse emanations – along with various images or forms, bodies of appearance, so also entire pure light realms are generated in it, sanctuaries for souls in their transmigrations. The glory body of the Risen Messiah is even more expansive, with countless emanations, assuming all kinds of forms and powers, angelic, as well as others – it is an infinite raying out of the light of the Messiah, the presence and power of the Messiah, throughout the entirety, as well as in the Pleroma of Light, the World of the Holy Sefirot.

The *essential archangelic glory body emanation* of the Risen Messiah is Hua, but the *essential glory body emanation* of the Risen Messiah is Hayyah Yeshua, the “Living Jesus,” or Adonai Yeshua transformed, transfigured, revealing the greater fullness of the Human One of Light in supernal zelem, image – hence, not angelic, but rather, the image and likeness of the Divine and Supernal Human Being, the “Great Seth.” In relationship to the essential glory body appearance of the Messiah, Hua is, in effect, a measured blessing and revelation, and so many more can receive something of the Supernal Influx through Hua, especially within the inner dimensions of the entirety.

Needless to say, the invocation of Hua can bring countless blessings to many living spirits and souls, and can open the way to the greater revelation and reception of the Risen Messiah, Hayyah Yeshua.

These great cosmic spiritual beings-forces, the archangels, of course, are able to send forth blessings, empowerments, of even more measured or limited forms, so that even larger numbers of living spirits and souls can receive them; hence, in the form of holy angles of the various orders, revelations from the universe of Yetzirah, transforming the spiritual influxes of Beriyah into forms that many more spirits and souls are able to receive.

As we know, Sandalfon reaches out to many through the Ashim, the “shining ones,” but also has a secret relationship with the Malakim, “messengers.” If we contemplate the intimate connection of Sandalfon and the gilgulim, the transmigration of souls, and the incarnation of souls of a higher grade, tzaddikim, in each generation, as well as the appearance of maggidim, holy angels, we may acquire insight into these two principle orders through which Sandalfon extends blessings and empowerment, understanding, though, that Sandalfon-Metatron, or Hua, acts through all of the orders of holy angels, having a deep interconnection with the entire archangelic and angelic worlds, Beriyah and Yetzirah.

Ashim and Malakim can refer to holy angels, but interestingly enough they also can refer to human agents of God and the kingdom of God – tzaddikim and navim, righteous ones and seers, prophets. Understanding the revelation of God and the Continuum of Light Transmission ongoing, in each and every generation there are tzaddikim and navim, and there are maggidim who labor with them in the harvest of souls.

In much the same way as we can speak of emanations of the body of glory of a tzaddik at various gradations, so, too, there are various gradations of souls of tzaddikim and navim, bearing various gradations of teachings and spiritual power to be shared, all in love and compassion so that as many as desire to receive can receive something of the Light Transmission, and so draw close to the Holy One of Being.

The mercy of God, the True Light, and God’s Anointed, abounds! Praise God!

Here we can say that the most essential glory body emanation is the supernal zelem of the tzaddik – the image and likeness of the Human One, which is the image and likeness of Yahweh Elohim.

Glory of the Bride

Shalom!

I am very much appreciating these teachings, they are shedding much light upon current contemplations surrounding the Feast of the Bride. Thank you both Tau Malachi and Elder Gideon for drawing these out, They are truly a beautiful blessing!

In the case of Enoch becoming Metatron and Elijah becoming Sandalfon, I am sensing the establishment for the circuitry needed to bring intelligent life forms into being. I recall a mystery in the teaching regarding Metatron, being the “Angel of the Law”, the idea of Light Transmission coming to this present race of humanity. “Law” in this way is meant the very configuration of how everything works here. For creation to exist, there has to be a law, in place. It has been said before, imagine the “Law” of a world system that has three moons or three suns? This would be a particular configuration and would have a particular “Law” associated. Could it be said this “Law” is something of the Written Torah spoken of associated with Metatron? It seems the written Torah in this way has something to do with the basic foundation upon which creation exists. This foundation is the pure potential of creation, meaning it could arise in any way shape or form off of this foundation. This pure potentiality would appear to be the that knowledge Metatron holds, as is written;

“While Metatron Holds the knowledge of the fruition of all souls, their full enlightenment and liberation, and of their existence among the living ones, the immortals, hence their innate perfection as they are in the light continuum (Yahwah)”

And of Elijah it is written;

“Thus, the soul of Elijah holds the knowledge of the tikkune of souls, tikkune of the world, tikkune of the world of angels, and tikkune of the world of the Holy Sefirot, and the tikkune of the Great Name.”

The knowledge of these tikkunim, the mending of these vessels appears to be something of the Oral Torah. Could it be said the Oral Torah is the actuality of creation? The coming into to being of the vehicle that allows potential to be actualized.

The beautiful mystery here is the knowledge of Hua. This would appear to be something of the union of what is potential in creation with what is actualized. That Hua is the Archangelic emanation of the Body of Glory of the Messiah says this actualization manifests with the Messiah. Though, interesting it was written this is a restriction of the Glory Body of the Messiah. This seems to say the full revelation of the Body of Glory of the Messiah has not yet been enacted and perhaps this is what is being hinted at in the coming into being of New Jerusalem.

This leads to the contemplation of New Jerusalem in light of this dialog. What arises is the idea that this is a palace that joins the Heavenly realms with the Earthly realms. The Messiah being one who can sojourn in both realms simultaneously. The ability to sojourn in these realms at one and the same time somehow seems to uplift these realms, drawing them into the fruition of their potentiality. This Fruition appears to be the Will of the Holy One in Creation, which is a desire to bring a unity of creator and creation. We have said in this light, that God and Gods Name become one on the face of the earth.

This also draws a contemplation of the very movement of Tzimtzum, this act of restriction of God self for the sake of creation. In Tzimtzum we hear the Holy One restricts the Holy One’s self to allow space for creation to come into being. We the advent of the Messiah we see a unit of consciousness able to withstand the fullness of the Supernal influx. This ability to withstand the influx of the Father somehow brings the need of Tzimtzum to a completion. If Tzimtzum is the act of creation coming into being, then this would say the need of creation is fulfilled and is no longer needed as it is. Such that Yeshua says, “I did not come here to abolish the law, but to fulfill the law” Here we seem to be pointing to New Jerusalem as well. This appears to speak of the second coming and the movement of the Bride. Can we say the Bride represents the revelation of the fullness of the Body of Glory of the Messiah?

May this great earth be Blessed with the presence of the Glory of the Bride!

Greetings and blessings in the light of the Messiah!

There are many illuminating insights in what you have shared dear sister – very delightful.

Yes, indeed, Metatron corresponds with the Written Torah, which forms the foundation of creation, and is the potential of all creation, and which assumes various “configurations” generating various world-systems, or star systems, through which spiritual forces and souls become actualized and realized, all as ordained by El Elyon, the Supreme. As we know, Metatron has many different names designating the many different emanations and operations he takes up, and as the archangel of the Holy Torah and “Law” he is called Torahkiel Yahweh, “law of God (El), Yahweh” or “revelation of God, Yahweh.”

There is revelation, and its recognition, reception, but then there is the process of actualization and realization, the full integration of the truth and light revealed, and full unification with the Holy Sefirot and God, the True Light. Here we may say that Sandalfon corresponds with the Oral Torah, which is the process of actualization and realization, the drawing out of knowledge, understanding and wisdom of the Torah through experience, through living and embodying the truth and light revealed.

According to the tradition, the Oral Torah is to explain and illuminate the Written Torah – as in commentary or elucidation, but on an esoteric level it also corresponds to the soul’s experiential education through its incarnations and the embodiment of the Word and Wisdom of God, enacting the Will of God.

At the outset, there is the ideal and there is the actual, and the actual is far removed from the ideal – it is a shadow or distortion of the ideal represented by the Law; this corresponds with Shiverat Ha-Kelim, the shattering of the vessels, and the need for tikkune, correction, repair, mending or healing of the vessels, the Sefirot and souls. This tikkune is, thus, the development and evolution of the actual until the ideal is realized and made manifest in the actual – the development of the full knowledge, understanding and wisdom of the Written Torah, hence the Oral Torah.

This fruition of Habad, knowledge, understanding and wisdom, of course, is the Holy Gospel, which is the embodiment of the ideal, the original Divine Intention in creation – the Messiah, the Human One of Light, who is the true image and likeness of Yahweh Elohim.

Through the crucifixion, the sacrifice of the Lamb of God, the dominion of ignorance, klippot, is shed and shattered, and through the resurrection, the revelation of the Risen Messiah, the tikkune of souls, the world, the world of angels and the World of the Sefirot, is accomplished – as we co-labor with the Holy Spirit for the second coming of the Messiah, the full reception of the Shekinah of Messiah, the Holy Bride, we labor for the realization of this revelation, the realization of the great ascension, the Great Exodus.

This body, this world, is klippah, a husk or shell to be shed or transformed, and shedding or transforming it we pass into the ascension, transcendence.

Our fruition is in transcendence, as we witness with Enoch, Elijah and Adonai Yeshua.

These bodies, and the worlds of sentient existence, are vehicles for realization, or enlightenment and liberation, but the fruition of this realization is the kingdom of heaven, the Pleroma of Light – and in this fruition, these bodies, and the world as we have known it pass away, there is a new heaven and new earth manifest, and a new humanity, divine and supernal.

As Yeshua Messiah taught, his kingdom, and the kingdom of the Holy Bride in union with him, is not of this world, and so he teaches us, “I have not come to bring peace to this world.” The only true peace in this world is the realization of our transcendence – the Risen Christ.

If we wish to consider the full emanation of the Human One of Light in body of glory, it is the revelation of the zelem of the Human One in the bridal chamber, which in the Holy Bible is represented by New Jerusalem. This is the image of the Son and the Bride in perfect union, male and female in one Body of Light, the realization of the divine potential in Adam Ha-Rishon (First human Being) before the division or separation of the Human One into Adam and Eve, man and woman. This supernal zelem, image, is the true image of the Great Seth (Shin-Tau).

The archangel of the Great Seth, the image of the Human One in the bridal chamber, is Hua – but there is a far greater emanation of the body of glory, it is the image Human One of Light in union with Divine Consort itself; if we inquire into this holy image, that Body of Light is composed of the Sefirot of Atzilut, the Names of God and Partzufim – and it is infinite, immeasurable, inseparable from Ain Sof, the Infinite and Eternal.

In order for this revelation and realization of the Great Seth to be complete there must be a full reception of the Holy Bride, which, as yet, has not transpired in this world – this revelation and reception, and its realization, remain ongoing.

Here we may say, the revelation of the Written Gospel has transpired, and the realization of the Oral Gospel is underway – full knowledge, understanding and wisdom of the Gospel of Truth (Amet).

Now, the Holy Bride is not isolate to Lady Mirya, but is the entire Community of Israel, the Community of the Spiritual Elect, and the realization of the Oral Torah comes through our embodiment of the Light-presence (Christ) and Light-power (Holy Spirit), and our breakthrough into Supernal or Messianic Consciousness. The second coming of the Messiah is a greater outpouring of the Holy Spirit and Supernal Light, the dawn of Supernal or Messianic Consciousness in a larger segment of humanity – more than a reception of the Messiah in woman’s form, the reception of the Holy Bride is this self-realization embodied by a greater number of women and men, all joined in one single image, the image of the Human One of Light, the Great Seth.

When this greater advent of Supernal Consciousness transpires there will be a Great Transformation, this world and the heavens will pass away, and a new earth and new heaven will come into being – the true kingdom of God.

Let us pray to hasten the second coming of the Messiah, and actively labor to bring forth New Jerusalem – may it come to pass swiftly, amen.

Shiverat Ha-Kelim

Greetings!

But Mary stood weeping outside the tomb. As she wept, she bent over to look into the tomb; and she saw two angels in white, sitting where the body of Jesus had been lying, one at the head and the other at the feet. They said to her, ‘Woman, why are you weeping?’ She said to them, ‘They have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid him.’ When she had said this, she turned round and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not know that it was Jesus. Jesus said to her, ‘Woman, why are you weeping? For whom are you looking?’ Supposing him to be the gardener, she said to him, ‘Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have laid him, and I will take him away.’ Jesus said to her, ‘Mary!’ She turned and said to him in Hebrew, ‘Rabbouni!’

Honoring Our Lady, I see in this episode of the two maggidim sitting at the head and feet of where the body of Yeshua was laid, suggesting this very mystery of Sandalfon and Metatron presiding over the Resurrection.

What's most significant, of course, is the Messiah-Anointed appearing first to Magdalene; contrast this with the Nechash-Serpent appearing first to Eve. Both Messiah and Nechash are one and the same Hebrew letter gematria of 358, teaching of twin energies seen from two perspectives. I also see above in our discussion of Sandalfon and Metatron several instances of a drawing out the teaching on the shattering of vessels, Shiverat Ha-Kelim. How may Eve and the Bride, the Serpent and the Messiah, and Sandalfon and Metatron, be understood in light of the shattering of vessels, Shiverat Ha-Kelim?

Greetings and blessings in the light of the Messiah!

In one teaching in the tradition the two holy angels in the empty tomb are said to be emanations of Metatron and Sandalfon, as attendants and witnesses among the maggidim of the resurrection, and this is also said of the two holy angels that appear following the ascension who give a prophecy concerning the second coming of Christ in Acts. These are angels of Keter-Crown and Malkut-Kingdom, respectively, who come to abide and worship in the presence of the King of kings, the Lord of lords, the Risen Christ, the emanation of El Elyon, God Most High. In a manner of speaking we may say that they are attendants at the coronation and enthronement of Melekh Messiah – “King Messiah.”

There is another mystery implied through ascribing Metatron and Sandalfon to these two holy angels, however, the mystery of the bridal chamber, Metatron being the attendant of the Bridegroom and Sandalfon being the attendant of the Holy Bride, these two holy beings having intimate knowledge and understanding of the ascension and unification.

There is also a different teaching concerning the two holy angels, that they are Ashim, “shining ones” from the order of angels over which Sandalfon presides, offering prayers for the uplifting of all the faithful and elect of the past, present and future in the resurrection and ascension – prayers for the fulfillment of the Divine Intention in creation, which is accomplished in the Risen Messiah.

In either case, however, there are deep mysteries of Metatron and Sandalfon in the resurrection and ascension – they are intimately involved.

Here we may add, just as Gavriel is associated with the conception and birth of the Messiah, so is Michael associated with the transfiguration and resurrection – and these two archangels are also spoken of as angelic attendants of the Bride and Groom within the bridal chamber, respectively. Thus, there is also a teaching in the oral tradition of these two archangels appearing in the empty tomb and at the ascension.

The association of Gavriel and Michael represents an outer teaching, while the association of Metatron and Sandalfon represents an inner and secret teaching, although with both teachings there are deep esoteric mysteries that are revealed.

Now, indeed, we take note that Nechash, the serpent, speaks with Eve in the Garden of Eden, enticing her to eat of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, and this leads to the fall, the descent and involution of human souls into material incarnation, the darkness and chaos of matter, and bondage to sin and death, and the gilgulim, the transmigration of souls. The Zohar teaches us that this brings death into the world, and it is the continuation of the shiverat ha-kelim, the shattering of the vessels, for when the serpent approaches Eve she is alone, Adam is not with her, and therefore the vessel of the human one is partial and incomplete, and there is a fracturing and shattering of the holy vessel of the human one. Eating of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge (Da’at) the desire of the human one, Eve and Adam, turns away from the Holy One and the Supernal Light towards the spiritual light, astral light and the light that manifests as the material dimension and world, and so they become bound up in the continuum of material incarnation, the illusion of separation and gilgulim.

This shattering continues through the generation of Able and Cain, human vessels who were also impaired, partial and incomplete – after Able and Cain, however, there is a development and evolution, a rectification of the vessel of the human one with the generation of Seth, who is the image and likeness of the human one, conceived through a full and true embrace of Adam and Eve, fullness of the human one. From the line of Seth comes Enoch, the human being who walks with the Holy One and becomes a true holy vessel of the Shekinah, the Divine Presence and Power; and yet, in the generation of Enoch there is no other holy vessel for transmission of the Supernal Light to be received, therefore Enoch is taken up in ascension without imparting the light transmission.

All of the patriarchs, matriarchs and prophets – all of the righteous and holy ones, are the descendents of Seth, but as we see, until the advent of the Messiah the holy vessel of the generations of the human one remains impaired, more or less; there is no one ‘without sin’ to receive and embody the Messiah, the Human One of Light, and no matrix of souls to receive, recognize and realize the coming of the Messiah – not until the time of Yohanan and Yeshua, the Mother and the Bride, and the souls of higher grades gathered around them.

This descent and involution, of course, is necessary for an ascent and evolution – the realization of souls, and in this evolution we witness a regeneration and refinement of the bestial nature and desire, and the generation of true human beings in the image and likeness of Yahweh Elohim; hence, the generation of holy vessels that can receive influxes of the Supernal Light and embody the fullness of the soul of a human being, along with the Living Presence and Power of El Elyon.

Thus, in the gospel, in the advent of the Messiah, we understand the tikkune, the correction, repair, mending or healing of the holy vessel of the human one through the mystery of the crucifixion and resurrection – a complete shattering in willful sacrifice or self-offering, which is then mended through the power of El Elyon, the Supreme.

Nechash appears to Eve, but the Risen Messiah appears to the Holy Bride; Eve eats of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge, but the Magdalene eats of the fruit of the Tree of Life – as Eve gave fruit to Adam, so Mirya gives fruit to the disciples, the holy apostles, one gives the fruit of darkness and death, the other gives the fruit of light and life. In this instant the tikkune of all of the shattered vessels is accomplished – the movement of descent and involution, and evolution and ascent, coming full circle, as it were, the Divine Intention in creation being fulfilled, the generation of a new humanity, divine and supernal.

Nechash and Messiah are one and the same spiritual force, but Nechash is that power manifest in ignorance, the delusion of separation, while the Messiah is that power manifest in knowledge, understanding and wisdom, the realization of Sacred Unity – enlightenment; Nechash is this power directed downward and outward, while the Messiah is this power directed inward and upward, Godward – this force that binds is the force that liberates.

Here we may say that what transpired between Eve and Nechash was necessary for the realization of the Divine Intention – and we may say that it was the invocation of what transpired between Magdalene and the Messiah; these two apparent movements are inseparable from one another, completely interconnected and interdependent, and, in fact, are one movement of ‘coming into being,’ running and returning.

This is a great and unspeakable mystery – there is no explaining it, but hinting at it, contemplating it, praying and meditating upon it, through the Holy Spirit we can gain insight into this holy mystery and acquire illumination; faith alone comprehends this holy mystery, and having faith the Holy Spirit will give us gnosis of it – the Habad of the Risen Messiah.

Here it must be said, as we learn in Gnostic Scriptures, and in the Kabbalah, in truth, the fall does not happen because of the actions of the human one in ignorance, though, indeed, human beings in ignorance are drawn into it and become unwitting agents of the fall; rather, the fall is the playing out of the shiverat ha-kelim that happened on a cosmic and primordial level, and is the product of the great conflict among cosmic forces that came into being through it. Thus, human beings alone could not bring about the tikkune of holy vessels, but only through the mercy and grace of the Holy One could tikkune, salvation, be accomplished – hence, it could only be accomplished through the Divine Presence and Power embodied in the Messiah, the Sun of God made to shine in the midst of the entirety.

Having become unconscious agents of the fall in ignorance (agnosis), in knowledge, (gnosis), we become conscious agents of tikkune and the ascension – we are empowered to this co-labor with the Holy Spirit through Yeshua Messiah, called to fulfill our divine destiny.

Human beings do not labor alone as agents of the tikkune of vessels, however, but we labor with the holy angels of God, the True Light, who are our siblings in the Light Continuum. Thus, we read in the Gospel of St. Matthew, “For as the lightening comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of the Human One” (24:27), and joined with this, “When the Son of the Human One comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory” (25:31).

When we read of lightening flashing from east to west, on one hand we may say that this is the Path of the Lightening Bolt on the Tree of Life, which begins with Metatron in Beriyah and concludes with Sandalfon, but, on the other hand, since “east” and “west” are Tiferet and Yesod, this may speak of the Supernal Influx through the Middle Pillar, which also begins and ends with Metatron and Sandalfon in Beriyah, the universe of great cosmic forces. When we read, “and all of the angels with him,” this, too, may be taken to refer to Metatron and Sandalfon, who encompass all of the holy angels of God, the True Light, and yet more, on a most esoteric level we may understand it to indicate of their union as Hua, the archangelic emanation of the Human One of Light in the bridal chamber, within whom are all of the archangels and angels of the Light Continuum.

Here we may say, just as we human beings who receive the Messiah are all gathered into the Mystical Body of the Son of the Human One (Great Seth), so are all the holy angels gathered into the archangelic emanation of the Human One of Light, Hua – and as you might surmise, these two dimensions of the Great Body of Glory are completely interwoven, interconnected, inseparable from one another.

Now, in the empty tomb it has been said that there are emanations of Metatron and Sandalfon, but when the Risen Messiah appears to the Holy Bride, and they enter into their communion together, their holy embrace, in that instant, for the first time, the power of Hua is brought into this world – for Hua is the archangelic dimension of the union of the Bridegroom and Holy Bride, the fullness of the Human One of Light raying out in Beriyah and Yetzirah, as it rays out in Asiyah through Yeshua and Mirya.

What may we speak regarding the mysteries of Hua? In the Blessed Name of Yeshua is the tikkune of the Great Name of Yahweh and the World of the Holy Sefirot, and Hua is that tikkune in the world of archangels, or great cosmic forces, as well as in the world of angels, and through Yeshua Messiah and the Holy Bride that tikkune is made manifest in Asiyah, in Malkut of Malkut, the holy vessel of the human one receiving the Supernal Influx in this world. This embodiment of Supernal Light, the Supernal Shekinah, in Malkut of Malkut, is the realization of the full tikkune of all, from the depths to the heights, and all directions of endless space – union of the Entirety and the Pleroma of Light.

Metatron labors in the heavens of all worlds in which the human one, intelligent life, appears, and Sandalfon labors in the worlds, the “earths,” themselves – one and the same spiritual labor above, within, and below, without, a spiritual labor for the development and evolution of holy vessels, human ones, able to receive the Supernal Influx, the Shekinah of the Supreme, and so facilitate the tikkune of creation, the fulfillment of the Divine Intention in creation. When holy vessels are generated that are able to receive and hold, embody, the Supernal Influx, the advent of the Messiah, then the action of Hua comes within a world, representing the union of the heavens and earth, and more, the manifestation of the Pleroma of Light in that world.

Being and Becoming enter into a perfect embrace, union – Hua is the expression of this realization in the archangelic dimension.

This has transpired in our world through Yeshua Messiah and the Holy Bride, but there are, in fact, countless world-systems in which the generations of the human one arise, and in every world system in which “human ones,” intelligent life, appear and evolve, so the Savior, an incarnation of the Messiah, the Human One of Light, appears, the very same Divine Action taking place within all world-systems.

There are ancient worlds and elder races that have passed into the ascension, the advent of the Messiah transpiring in them long ago, and there are other worlds, like our own, in which the advent of the Messiah has transpired and in which there is an ongoing labor for the second coming of the Messiah, the full realization of the Human One of Light in the world; and, so too, there are worlds, as yet, in which the advent of the Messiah has not transpired, but in which the Messiah will come in due season, all as ordained by El Elyon, the Supreme.

In this, perhaps, we gain some sense of the unimaginable vastness of Metatron and Sandalfon, and Hua, encompassing a labor for the harvest of souls throughout all creation, all realms, worlds and universes of sentient existence – a labor for the realization, the enlightenment and liberation of souls.

There is something to be said of the orders of angels over which Metatron and Sandalfon preside in this spiritual labor, the Hayyot Ha-Kodesh and the Ashim, respectively. As we know, the Hayyot are angels that enact the generation of the images, forms, of creatures as they appear in the kingdom of heaven – in them is the generation of all supernal zelemot (images) of all life; likewise, they are messengers, bearers, of the Supernal Light to heavens, taking up a labor for the enlightenment of cosmic forces, greater and lesser divinities, and the like, all as orchestrated by Metatron, all as ordained by the Supreme. The Ashim take up a similar labor within and behind the material dimension and material worlds, enacting a development and evolution of life-forms, and laboring for the enlightenment of living spirits and souls within the worlds that arise in this universe, all as orchestrated by Sandalfon, all as ordained by the Supreme, El Elyon.

In a manner of speaking, these two spiritual labors meet and come to their fruition when the advent of the Messiah transpires in a world – the Messiah appearing within the world, as well as in the heavens associated with it; in this Metatron and Sandalfon are joined as Hua, the Great Angel of the Messiah.

Here we may say the heavens of each world are different, just as the configuration of stars, moons and planets are different from one world-system to another – in much the same way that human beings in a world-system are in need of salvation, enlightenment and liberation, so also are the spiritual forces within and behind each world-system. Thus, in the advent of the Messiah there is an earthly and a heavenly ministry, Metatron corresponding with the heavenly ministry and Sandalfon corresponding with the earthly ministry – Hua representing the fullness and fruition of this spiritual labor of the harvest of souls.

This, no doubt, is enough for the moment – from here we can wait and see where the Holy Spirit might lead our contemplation and discussion.

Let us pray for the swift coming of New Jerusalem, the full reception of the Holy Bride, the Shekinah of the Messiah. Amen.

Ascension and Pentecost

Greetings Tau Malachi!

I praise Ma for these teachings you've shared. Mysteries of the Holy Bride and Bridegroom have become so much clearer and accessible. I now may confidently contemplate Mirya appearing with the company of Ashim and Sandalfon within her and the Living Yeshua appearing with the company of the Hayyot ha Kodesh and Metatron within him; united, I may contemplate the unification of all maggidim as Hua, He-She, the Pleroma of Light literally manifest in enlightened, christed vessels, the Gnostic Apostolic Succession:

When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars that you have established;
what are human beings that you are mindful of them,
mortals that you care for them?

Yet you have made them a little lower than God,
and crowned them with glory and honor. [...]

O YHVH, our Adonai,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!
(Psalm 8:3-9)

and,

You who have joined the true light with the Holy Spirit,
join with us now the maggidim as into a single image.
(Gospel of Philip)

What is new and entirely revelatory is hearing Mirya eating from the Tree of Life, who is the Risen Messiah, and giving this fruit to Apostles, which you wrote, was when "the instant the tikkune of all of the shattered vessels is accomplished – the movement of descent and involution, and evolution and ascent, coming full circle, as it were, the Divine Intention in creation being fulfilled, the generation of a new humanity, divine and supernal." I now see this moment of Yeshua ascending and the Bride remaining exemplifying the teaching of Metatron laboring with angels in the heavens while Sandalfon labors with incarnate souls on earth. This is Ascension and Pentecost, the central mystery of the Solar Feast of Summer Solstice.

Before ascending, the Risen Savior tells the disciples, I am sending upon you what my Father promised; so stay here in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.’ (Luke 24:49) Being clothed with such power is to become an Apostle of the Gnosis of Lady Mirya. The fullness of the Tree of Life, the Risen Savior, the New Adam, from whom Mirya is the first to receive its fruit, is the New Eve, giving it to the disciples, and birthing them into Apostles of her Gnosis in the Upper Room:

When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. And suddenly from heaven there came a sound like the rush of a violent wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. Divided tongues, as of fire, appeared among them, and a tongue rested on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages, as the Spirit gave them ability.(Acts 2:1-4)

What is christing, anointing the disciples, makes them Apostles of the same presence and power manifest in the mystical union of Yeshua and Mirya, Hayyot ha Kodesh and Ashim, Metatron and Sandalfon. The union of these all is Hua, which you link with Yeshua's liking himself to lightning flashing from East to West, “so will be the coming of the Son of the Human One” (24:27), and joined with this, “When the Son of the Human One comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory” (25:31). Have I heard for the first time that the fire of Pentecost is lightning? If so, then the sword of flashing fire guarding the entrance into Eden from which Adam and Eve are expelled and another sword of fire flashing from the mouth of the Great Angel of the Apocalypse guarding the Lamb (Bridegroom) and New Jerusalem (Holy Bride) is taking this mystery of mystical union to entirely new places.

I ask, then, if Masters of our Tradition have seen and witnessed Pentecost as lightning and if so, what more may be said of the mystical union inherent in this image and experience. And more, these Ashim appear to be angels of Sandalfon and inseparable from physical 'souls of fire', the Apostles. The name Ashim holds all three Mother letters, Aleph, Mem, and Shin with Yod: אשים. There's another teaching here to draw out as well for which I gratefully request, indicated by these most primordial letters and elements, of how Apostles can be such vessels of such fullness.

May Ma enflame us all in Her Power from on high!

Venturing deeper into the mystery...

Greetings and blessings in the light of the Messiah!

If and when we are willing to abide in contemplation, and we pray, inquiring of the Holy Spirit, and we wait upon the Holy Spirit, deep mysteries of the Torah and Gospel are revealed – mysteries of creation and God, the True Light; and so also, receiving the Spirit of Truth, we will receive influxes of Light and the Divine Powers that we might hold them for all of the people, all our relations. The disciples were told by the Master to wait upon the full outpouring of the Holy Spirit and waiting as they were taught to wait, they received the Holy Spirit in full and illumination in full, each according to their capacity to receive – through these holy ones, as through Adonai Yeshua and the Holy Bride, we all receive.

In any revelation of the mysteries or God, the True Light, we are right to give praise and thanks to God, who is the Truth and Light revealed, and through whose Great Spirit we receive.

There is, indeed, more that can be shared concerning mysteries of Metatron, Sandalfon and Hua, and of the Hayyot and Ashim, as well as “Supernal Malakim” who are associated with Hua – angels given this name because they are messengers of the Risen Messiah, although their actual name is concealed, hidden, know only in Supernal or Messianic Consciousness, as with the names of other “supernal” and “primordial” angels.

Here, perhaps, we can speak an open secret, one that will remain secret even though spoken, written, apart from certain experiences in the Light Continuum and the Habad that comes through them. There are Names of God, which are also names of supernal angels – if we look into the 144 Names of God in Gevurot and Hassidim, and we cleave to the Risen Messiah and call upon the Names, we will receive knowledge and understanding of these Holy Names emanating as Supernal Malakim, supernal angels, corresponding with order of angels over which Hua presides.

Look and see! Hua is spelt He-Vau-Alef, and equals twelve, and we may understand in Hua the twelve powers of the twelve saviors in the world of neshamot and archangels (Beriyah) – these divine powers being represented by the 144 Names of God, 72 in Mercy and 72 in Judgment, their unifications forming another 72 in Compassion. The 72 in Mercy correspond with Metatron and the 72 in Judgment correspond with Sandalfon, and their unifications correspond with Hua, whether unifications in descent, blessing, or in ascent, delivering.

These divine powers ray out into the world of angels (Yetzirah) through the greater Hayyot, Ashim and “Malakim,” respectively.

Now, the twelve powers of the twelve saviors – the embodiment of the Human One of Light (Messiah) through human beings of the “twelve tribes of Israel,” the twelve zodiacal gates, have their root and abode in the World of the Holy Sefirot (Atzilut), but these divine powers are gathered and ray out in the world of archangels as Hua, and then again they ray out as greater Hayyot, Ashim and Malakim in the world of holy angels.

Through Adonai Yeshua and the Shekinah of the Messiah, joined with the twelve disciples ordained as the twelve holy apostles, these divine powers become embodied in this world, in Malkut of Malkut, hence in Asiyah.

Until the Divine Incarnation, and the revelation of the Human One of Light through the mystery of the crucifixion and resurrection, the power of these Names of God and holy angels of the Light Continuum was only manifest in part, not in full, but with the advent of the Messiah and the formation of a holy vessel to receive the Light of the Messiah, the powers of these Names of God and holy angels were revealed and manifest in full, as though, at last, they were uttered in this world as in the eighth heaven, the Pleroma of Light.

What we may say of the revelation of these Divine Powers in the old covenant is that they were veiled, concealed, but with the appearance of the Risen Messiah they were revealed and manifest in full, given to us in full – the power of salvation, enlightenment and liberation.

In this we have some hint of the need for twelve chosen disciples to form the Holy Vessel of Reception – through twelve the fullness of the Human One of Light becomes manifest.

Here I will share another open secret. If and when twelve gather together, joined with one who holds the fullness of the Shekinah of the Messiah, and if they hold one thought and desire together, having put on the Blessed Name together, whatever they will, think and desire becomes manifest in that very instant – it will come to pass as they intend and speak it. The nature of this manifesting power is not only “something from something,” but is also “something from nothing,” the full force and power of Atzilut and El Elyon, God Most High.

There is something more to be spoken of the mysteries of Sandalfon and the Ashim, though first something more needs to be said of the Name of Hua. The letter ‘He,’ as we know and understand is a Hebrew letter representing the Holy Shekinah, and in the Name of Hua, ‘He’ the Shekinah of the Messiah, and ‘Vau’ is the Six, the full power of the Messiah, the Human One of Light – thus in the Name of Hua there is the union of the Messiah and Shekinah. ‘Alef’ in the Name indicates the Messiah and Shekinah of Messiah in union with Eheieh, El Elyon, the Holy One. The mystery of the Messiah, the mystery of the Holy Gospel, is in this Holy Name, and as much as the name of a supernal archangel, it is a Name of God: “He-She Who Send Me,” as we hear in esoteric invocations of the Continuum.

Regarding the name of the Ashim, it is indeed composed of the three Mother Letters joined to Yod – Yod is Atzilut, and is the fullness of the Human One as the image and likeness of Yahweh Elohim, the embodiment of the Supernal Shekinah. Mem, Shin and Alef are the powers of the threefold baptism taught in the gospels, the baptism of water, fire and the Spirit through which human souls are purified, sanctified and realized, illumined, in Christ.

There are many classes and kinds, or gradations of Ashim, from lesser to greater Ashim, and among them are all manner of spiritual labors according to their order and according to the archangel’s charge and powers who presides over them – there are Ashim within and behind the subtle energetic patterns from which all things that appear in the material dimension and world are formed, whether apparently animate or inanimate forms, but among the Ashim are also those that reach “up” into the supernal zelemot-images held by the Hayyot, just as when spirits or souls become realized in Christ and embody the Christ presence the Hayyot reach “down” into the energetic or vital patterns of guphim (bodies) held by the Ashim.

Among the greater Ashim are holy angels of incredible illumination and power, powers reaching into the supernal and primordial dimensions, and among them, as indicated by their name, are angels that are attendants at the baptism of human beings in the Blessed Name – for their entire labor aims at the baptism through which souls are redeemed, enlightened and liberated, realized in the Messiah, the Human One of Light.

Thus, first and foremost among holy angels that may be present in the subtle environment surrounding a ceremony of baptism are Ashim, just as in moments of passionate worship, when souls are on fire with the Holy Spirit and wonders are transpiring, the Ashim are present with the assembly – curiously enough, souls on fire with the Holy Spirit resemble great Ashim, “shining ones,” and so abide in their good company.

According to masters of the tradition, Sandalfon, the great angel of the Holy Shekinah, and Ashim, attend every baptism, of water, fire, or the Spirit – it is much the same as in Jewish Tradition, which says the spirit of Elijah attends every rite of circumcision and every Passover celebration.

There is something to be said of the baptism of fire, for as the holy letter Shin indicates by its shape, there are three gradations of baptism by fire, and so there are three gradations of the reception of Ruach Ha-Kodesh, the Holy Spirit. These three gradations correspond with the world of angels, world of archangels and World of the Holy Sefirot, the Supernal World. The first gradation is represented by common fire that consumes, the second gradation is represented by electrical fire, or lightening, and the third gradation is represented by nuclear fire, or light of the sun.

These three gradations of the baptism of fire are dependent upon the purification of souls and their desire and capacity to receive, and we may assume that in the upper room each individual received according to their capacity, all as was good for them, and all as ordained by the Supreme.

There is something to be said of the Pentecost, however, for although the Supernal Light – a “spiritual nuclear fire,” was embodied in Yeshua Messiah and the Holy Bride, and there were some among the disciples who were able to receive this Supernal Influx, for many who were present what they were able to receive was akin to “lightening,” which is to say a transmission of spiritual light and the illumination of the Messiah at the level of cosmic consciousness, the peak of mental consciousness. In truth, the greater outpouring of the Supernal Light and Holy Spirit is destined for the end-of-days, and only now is its greater realization beginning within a larger segment of the human life-wave, the emergence of Supernal or Messianic Consciousness.

In a manner of speaking there has been a New Pentecost within the past few centuries, especially in the later half of the nineteenth century during the generation of Tau Miriam – a greater reception of Supernal Influx, and so a greater realization of Supernal or Messianic Consciousness.

This reflects the ongoing labor of the Holy Bride, and of Sandalfon and the Ashim, for the continued evolution and refinement of holy vessels – human souls that are able to receive and embody the Shekinah of Messiah.

In that we can speak of a relatively new movement of the Supernal Influx, this holy influx was present in the original Pentecost – all Light Transmission was present there in the upper room, as holy seed implanted that would bear its fruit over generations as more and more holy vessels come into being able to receive, integrate and embody the Supernal Illumination.

We may say that all Light Transmission, throughout all time and all space, flashes forth and rays out of the upper room on that holy day – for this world and all worlds of creation. So, too, we may say that all souls that will receive the Supernal Influx were present with the Holy Bride receiving and embracing the Risen Messiah, and present with her in the upper room – souls in this world and souls in worlds beyond.

If we wish to speak of how we become a holy vessel able to receive, integrate and embody something of the Supernal Influx, this we do by going within and living within, holding a conscious intention for the full reception of the Holy Light of the Messiah – receiving this Holy Light we co-labor with the Divine Grace to integrate our mind, heart and life with the Truth and Light revealed, and so live according to the Truth and Light received, serving as a vessel, vehicle, through which this Holy Light rays out into the world and all who desire to receive it.

In other words, we enact a conscious evolution, co-laboring with the Holy Spirit for the refinement of our person and life as an agent of the kingdom of heaven on earth – taking up this spiritual work, the Great Work, all of the holy angels of God labor with us, along with the spirits of tzaddikim, “saints”; we abide in the good company of the Holy Shekinah, the Queen of Shabbat and Queen of Heaven.

Now, above we mention the Names of God, which are also names of holy angels, and in speaking of living within, open to the Holy Light from above, so inwardly we cleave to the Risen Messiah and put on the Blessed Name – in the Risen Messiah our soul is unified with all of the Holy Sefirot, and in the Blessed Name our soul is empowered with all of the Holy Names of God, and so the “holy vessel” is formed to receive the full Supernal Influx, the Solar Body of the Resurrection being generated through the grace of El Elyon in Hayyah Yeshua.

At any given time, we each receive influxes according to our desire and capacity to receive, so that if not the direct influx of the Supernal Light and Spirit, then the influxes from the world of archangels, or if not from the world of archangels, then from the world of angels – all as is good and beneficial for us, all in due season, and all as ordained by El Elyon, the Supreme.

This raying out in many and diverse gradations is the manifestation of the mercy of God, so that all who desire to receive something of the Holy Light can receive it – it is mercy moving through judgment, which is to say through restriction or measured blessing, the play of skillful means in the harvest of souls.

Here we may say, all of these gradations are held in the heart and light body of living tzaddikim – held in “gnostic apostolic succession”; and we may say the potential for the realization of all of these gradations of Light Transmission is within each and every one of us – all are destined to the experience of the full influx of Supernal Light and Supernal Realization.

Perhaps, for the moment, this is enough, and once again we will wait upon the Holy Spirit to see where she might inspire us to carry our conversation.

Let us cleave to Hayyah Yeshua, the Risen Messiah, and let us pray, intoning the Blessed Name of Adonai Yeshua Messiah – intoning the Blessed Name let us envision the light body and the divine powers of the 144 Holy Names of God raying out through us into the world this day, praying for the enlightenment and liberation of all living spirits and souls.

Adonai, we know that you know our wish before we speak it, and that you will fulfill our prayer. Amen.

Sandalfon and Metatron, Gevurot and Hasidim

Shalom Tau Malachi!

It occurs while creating a staff of the 144 Names of God that I had to decide how the Gevurot would be distinct from the Hasidim. I considered what is said in the Tradition, regarding the Gevurot as white letters on black fire and the Hasidim as black letters on white brilliance. Also traditionally colored black and white are the pillars Boaz and Jachin respectively in Solomon's Temple in north and south (1 Kings 7.21). North and south in Kabbalah, correspond with Gevurah and Hesed.

The whole pillars themselves are embodied in the two cherubim upon the ark forming the seat of the Shekinah: the cherub on the left is the pillar of Severity and the cherub on the right is the pillar of mercy. Likewise, the cherub of Severity is Sandalfon and the Cherub of Mercy is Metatron; Severity is to Malkut what Mercy is to Keter. Exploring this further, it occurred to me quite joyfully, that the 72 Gevurot must correspond to Sandalfon and the 72 Hasidim to Metatron.

If this was obvious to others, then I now participate in others' joy.

The Gevurot come from the instant in Exodus 14.19-21 when Hashem, through Moses moved the powers of Sandalfon and Metatron, dividing the Red Sea:

The angel of God who was going before the Israelite army moved and went behind them; and the pillar of cloud moved from in front of them and took its place behind them. It came between the army of Egypt and the army of Israel. And so the cloud was there with the darkness, and it lit up the night; one did not come near the other all night. Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea. The Lord drove the sea back by a strong east wind all night, and turned the sea into dry land; and the waters were divided.

The Hasidim come from Ezekiel's vision in Ezekiel 1:1,4, and 26 when Hashem, through Ezekiel clearly prophesied the advent of the Messiah:

In the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among the exiles by the river Chebar, the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.[...] As I looked, a stormy wind came out of the north: a great cloud with brightness around it and fire flashing forth continually, and in the middle of the fire, something like gleaming amber. [...] And above the dome over their heads there was something like a throne, in appearance like sapphire; and seated above the likeness of a throne was something that seemed like a human form.

I'm feeling as if in Sandalfon the entire pillar of Severity is anchored and from Metatron the entire pillar of Mercy flows out. Between them of course, is the Middle Pillar of Compassion. Sandalfon is to the Exodus from slavery what Metatron is to the Promised Land of Messiah. Between them is the manifestation of Messiah itself: Mother Mirya, Yohanan, Adonai Yeshua, Lady Mirya, and the Twelve becoming the Apostolic Succession today. As the Middle Pillar unifies Keter to Malkut, Mercy to Severity, the unification of Sandalfon and Metatron are the Middle Pillar of Messiah's enduring manifestation on earth.

Praise be Messiah for the Light Transmission bridging Exodus from slavery to Entrance into the Promised Land. May Supernal Malkut be continually revealed to all with eyes to see, ears to hear, and hearts to remember.

The 144 Names & the Sacred Tau (Seth Gadol)

Greetings and blessings in the light of the Messiah!

There is a secret mystery to be spoken, and with it there are new revelations to be shared; the Spirit of the Messiah inspires a teaching of Crazy Wisdom, a wild play of contemplation.

Contemplate this, and understand well! Sandalfon is the angel of the Holy Shekinah in This World, and Metatron is the angel of the Shekinah in the World-To-Come; and in the Messiah, This World and the World-To-Come are united, and this corresponds with Archangel Hua. On another level, the angel of the Shekinah on earth is Sandalfon, and Metatron is the angel of the Shekinah in heaven; and in the Messiah heaven and earth are united, and this corresponds with Archangel Hua.

Here as must understand that This World corresponds with the earth and the seven heavens associated with it, and that the World-To-Come corresponds with the new earth that is in the Messiah and the new heaven, or true Kingdom of God (El), that is associated with it. On one hand, there is a spiritual labor in the Messiah in This World, unifying the earth and the seven heavens, and on the other hand, there is a spiritual labor of the World-To-Come, the generation of a new earth and new heaven; as we know, these two spiritual labors are one and the same, completely inseparable from one another, for the spiritual labor in This World opens the way for the realization of the World-To-Come, drawing souls up in the Great Resurrection and Ascension.

Metatron corresponds with the World-To-Come, and corresponds with the spiritual labor of the Messiah in the heavens of This World for the realization of the new heaven, the True Kingdom of God; hence, Metatron is the Archangelic Presence of the Messiah in this spiritual labor, this heavenly ministry. Sandalfon corresponds with the spiritual labor of the Messiah in the earth of This World for the realization of the new earth, the Great Transformation, and manifestation of the true Kingdom of God upon it; hence, Sandalfon is the Archangelic Presence of the Messiah in this spiritual labor, this earthly ministry. Hua corresponds with the inseparability of these two spiritual labors in the Messiah, the heavenly and earthly ministries as one and the same spiritual labor, and corresponds with the Archangelic Presence of the Messiah in the fruition of this spiritual labor, the unification and realization of all (Kol) in the World-To-Come, or New Jerusalem.

Here we may speak a secret mystery, as given by the Holy Spirit. The 72 Names of Gevurot correspond to the powers of the Messiah in the earthly ministry, the play of Light Transmission on earth, and the 72 Names of Hassidim correspond to the powers of the Messiah in the heavenly ministry, the play of Light Transmission in the heavens. Thus, based upon this understanding there are inner and secret teachings for calling upon these Holy Names of God, and for their unification, engaging movements of Light Transmission, blessing and empowerment, on earth and in heaven, this unification being a drawing into This World spiritual powers of the World-That-Is-Coming.

On one hand, the 144 Names of God may be invoked and the spiritual power, or light-power, in them may be directed as has been taught in the writings elsewhere in our forums; on the other hand, though, there is another inner, and secret way, that they are invoked and directed in the Realm of the Sacred Tau, or by tzaddikim of Supernal Realization, moving spiritual powers in heaven and on earth into alignment and harmony with the World of the Sefirot, the Mystical Body of the Risen Messiah, drawing all up in the Great Resurrection and Ascension.

Here we may give a hint regarding this Divine Action of the Great Seth (Shin-Tau, “Sacred Tau”). Through the Gevurot holy sparks are drawn out of klippot below, “in the depths,” and through the Hassidim holy sparks are drawn out of klippot above, “in the height”; thus, what is released, liberated, on earth, is then released, liberated, in heaven, and in this way deliverance and redemption is complete. Therefore, in these inner and secret teachings concerning the 144 Names it is said, “Invoking the Name of Judgment there is agreement on earth, and invoking the Name of Mercy there is agreement in heaven, and unifying Judgment with Mercy, there is liberation, the ascension.”

There is also another saying in the inner and secret teachings, apparently opposite, but corresponding: “Invoking the Name of Mercy the ear of heaven is acquired, and invoking the Name of Judgment the gospel is heard upon the earth, and unifying Mercy and Judgment, there is transformation, the resurrection” – embodiment.

These Divine Actions of Gevurot and Hassidim are in Melekh Messiah, and they are in the full reception and integration of the Spirit of Messiah (Ruach Elohim), the Supernal Influx; hence, the empowerment for these Divine Actions is in the dawn of Supernal or Messianic Consciousness – the realization of the Body of Truth (Amet). Indeed, for if we understand these inner and secret works in the Realm of the Sacred Tau through the 144 Names of God, we will understand that the Hassidim are Divine Actions of the Body of Glory and the Gevurot are Divine Actions of the Body of Emanation, or Manifestation, which are generated and arise from the Body of Truth (Amet), Truth Consciousness, Messianic Consciousness. As we know and understand, the fullness of the Light Transmission is the revelation of the Body of Emanation and Body of Glory of the Sacred Tau (Great Seth), which leads to the recognition and realization of the Body of Truth. Thus, it is through the generation of the Threefold Body of Melchizedek, or rather the Risen Messiah (Hayyah Yeshua), that the Names of God are invoked in this way, transforming and liberating, redeeming and uplifting in the Great Resurrection and Ascension.

We acquire insight into this through direct experiences of the Light Transmission, and through experiences of the greater action of a Sacred Tau in the Continuum, when the Sun of Heaven is revealed, and we witness the multiplicity of holy emanations and glories, the many appearances, or faces, of the Living Presence, and their radiance, their knowledge and power. In such moments, we are aware of Metatron, Sandalfon and Hua moving with them, or as though manifesting as the Sacred Tau, and yet more, we are aware of the Woman of Light and Human One of Light, the Messiah and Shekinah of the Messiah, in that Holy Place, that Holy Land. Whenever there is a movement of the Sacred Tau in the Continuum and Light Transmission in this way, so there is a transformation and liberation of living spirits and souls in the heavens and on earth, and something of the World-That-Is-Coming is manifest in This World, the true Kingdom of God “touching down,” as it were, and becoming manifest among us.

These moments of the revelation of the Great Seth (or Sacred Tau) are revelations of the Name of God given in the Book of the Apocalypse: Yahweh Elohim, Shaddai.

Yahweh corresponds with Mercy (Hesed) and Elohim corresponds with Judgment (Gevurah), and Shaddai corresponds with the unification of Mercy and Judgment, Yesod, the Anointed Tzaddik (Messiah) who is the “foundation of the world,” or all (Kol).

This World is founded upon the play and balance of Mercy and Judgment, and so, in effect, Yahweh and Elohim appear separate and apart in This World; in the World-To-Come, however, this illusion of separation is brought to an end, and in effect, Yahweh and Elohim are joined as one Holy Name: Yahweh Elohim, Shaddai. Thus, in the World-To-Come it is said, “He (Yahweh) and His Name (Elohim) are One (Achad).”

Here we may speak an open secret. If in This World we know Yahweh and Elohim are one and the same, or we receive Mercy and Judgment as the one and same, all for the best, all as from God (El), all the expression of Ratzon Elyon, Will of the Most High, then we glimpse and taste of the World-To-Come, and our soul is established in the World-To-Come while as yet we are in This World. Hallelu Yah! Praise the Lord!

Listen and hear, and understand! Every time we intone the Shema we proclaim and are speaking this holy mystery: Shema Israel, Yahweh Elohenu, Yahweh Achad – “Hear O Israel, the Lord is your God, the Lord is One!” In this we may hear Yahweh and Elohim, or Mercy and Judgment, united – Yahweh and Elohim are One, and so also, This World and the World-That-Is-Coming are One; they are united, Achad-One, in Adonai Messiah, who is Shaddai, the “Almighty,” Lord of lords, King of kings. Hallelu Yah! Praise the Lord!

The 72 Hassidim correspond with Yahweh and the 72 Gevurot correspond with Elohim, and their unification corresponds with Shaddai.

On an essential level, though, we may say that unifications of ascension (liberation) correspond with El Shaddai, the Name of Yesod in Mercy, while unifications of resurrection (transformation) correspond with Shaddai, the Name of Yesod in Severity, and the truth of the oneness, sameness, of these two apparent movements of the Living Presence of God corresponds with Shaddai El Hai, the Name of Yesod in Compassion.

Here we may recall the first appearance of the Holy Name of Yahweh Elohim, or Yahweh and Elohim unified in the Holy Torah; it first occurs in the creation of the Human One (Adam), and in the Breath of God, or Wind of God, that animates the Human One – the Radiant Holy Breath of the Divine, Ruach Elohim. Through this Holy Breath the Human One becomes a Living Being, Living Presence, and becomes a Speaking One, able to name all creatures, and so direct all powers of creation, and able to pronounce, speak, the Names of God, and so direct primordial and supernal powers, Divine Powers.

As we know and understand, the fullness of this Holy Breath, Ruach Elohim, the Spirit of the Messiah, is embodied in Adonai Yeshua Messiah, and so through Messiah Yeshua we have received this Radiant Holy Breath, the Holy Spirit, becoming a Living Being, Living Presence, the image and likeness of Yahweh Elohim, able to “name creatures” and empowered to pronounce, speak, the Names of God. Receiving and integrating the Spirit of the Messiah, and invoking the Names of God in Mercy, Judgment and Compassion, so we unite Yahweh and Elohim, and manifest Shaddai, acting as conscious agents of the World-That-Is-Coming in This World, or acting as conscious co-creators of a new heaven and new earth, the generation of a new humanity, Supernal and Divine.

As we know, Archangel Metatron corresponds with Yahweh, and so among the names of this great and holy angel is Torahkiel Yahweh, and also Zer Yahweh, “Little Yahweh.” Thus, Sandalfon corresponds with Elohim, and here we may speak one of the secret names of Sandalfon, Torahkiel Elohim. Understanding these names of Metatron and Sandalfon, you will understand a “secret” name of Hua, indicating the fulfillment of the Holy Torah in the Messiah, and liberation from bondage to the law in the Messiah, Torahkiel Shaddai – this secret name of Archangel Hua indicating the knowledge of the Torah, or rather the Holy Gospel, in the World-To-Come.

In speaking of these inner, or secret ways, with the 144 Names of God we are speaking of mysteries of the True and Holy Merkavah, which is the Body of the Risen Messiah; as such, any deeper, more detailed knowledge of these secret and holy mysteries can only be communicated to “one who knows them already, and only in private.”

This is what the Holy Spirit speaks in the Continuum this day; may the Holy Spirit empower us to acquire understanding, and so to extend the Light of the True Cross, blessing all living spirits and souls. Amen.

Greetings!

Upon reading the latest post on the archangels of Metatron and Sandalfon and their union in Hua, I am taken to a place of contemplating seeming opposites.

We have Metatron & Sandalfon, The World to Come and the The World that Is, Mercy and Severity, etc.

I am brought to a statement that Elder Gideon made in chat this past Sunday about moving from duality to polarity. This statement means much more to me about Hua based on Tau Malachi's last post.

As a math geek the idea of "sets" comes in to play. In mathematics "sets" have intersections where they overlap. The crazy wisdom is that there is nothing but intersections because no discreet "sets" exist apart from each other.

I'm left wondering if Metatron and Sandalfon are really just "polarities" of the same energy and that totality is named Hua.

Asherah be praised for this disclosure! Illuminating these obvious but subtle implications of the union of Sandalfon and Metatron as Hua invokes further inquiry into the polarity between these great beings.

If in This World we know Yahweh and Elohim are one and the same, or we receive Mercy and Judgment as the one and same, all for the best, all as from God (El), all the expression of Ratzon Elyon, Will of the Most High, then we glimpse and taste of the World-To-Come, and our soul is established in the World-To-Come while as yet we are in This World. Hallelu Yah! Praise the Lord! [...]

These moments of the revelation of the Great Seth (or Sacred Tau) are revelations of the Name of God given in the Book of the Apocalypse: Yahweh Elohim, Shaddai.

Yahweh corresponds with Mercy (Hesed) and Elohim corresponds with Judgment (Gevurah), and Shaddai corresponds with the unification of Mercy and Judgment, Yesod, the Anointed Tzaddik (Messiah) who is the “foundation of the world,” or all (Kol).


If, as was outstanding to +Yonah as well, that Gevurah and Hesed are not a duality as one might misperceive here in This World, but as they are in themselves, in the World-To-Come, are really a polarity, then this inseparability, this Hua between Sandalfon-Gevurah and Metatron-Hesed, is another reason why Gevurah and Hesed never alternate in any olam of any Tree of Life. All other sefirot alternate and overlap, but nowhere, from Adam Kadmon all the way to Asiyah, do Hesed and Gevurah alternate. Realizing these sefirot have archangelic correspondences with Beriyah, Tzadkiel and Kamael respectively, the essence of Hesed and Geveruah are rooted in Keter-Metatron and Malkut-Sandalfon respectively.

In Zohar, the two cherubim on the Ark are frequently aligned with Sandalfon and Metatron. Recently in our study, the circuit of Gevurah and Hesed was explained so essentially as to further what you're now sharing of the Gevurot and Hasidim!

I never knew what to do with this question until recently reading in the Zohar, where the Rabbis, commenting on the Ark of the Covenant, compare the two cherubim facing each other with Gevurah and Hesed:

"Rabbi Yose opened, saying, 'Mighty king who loves justice, it was You who established equity (Psalms 99:4). Mighty king--blessed Holy One. Who loves justice--blessed Holy One.

"Mighty king--the potency empowering the blessed Holy One is solely justice, for by justice He sustains the earth, as is said: By justice a king sustains the land (Proverbs 29:4). Therefore, who loves justice. Assembly of Israel is empowered only by justice, because from there She is nourished and all blessing She receives, She receives from there. So, Mighty king who loves justice--all Her desire and love is toward justice.

"It was you who established equity--mystery of two cherubim below, who align the world and render it habitable, as has been said." [1:232b]


What becomes of these Gevurot, Hasidim, and their unification, when considering the perennial, definitive alignment of Hesed and Gevurah through all olamot, "rendering the world habitable?" What is flickering through Yesod and Da'at in alternating olamot?

Non-Duality & Hua

Greetings and blessings in the light of the Messiah!

In a manner of speaking, as Gideon intended the meaning of “polarity,” we can indeed speak of these two great angels as a “polarity,” with Hua as the underlying unity. Rather than a polarity, though, in terms of the Supernal Universe, Atzilut, I see a non-dual reality, and what I can only call a “unitive” reality in which the interdependence and interconnection of all is realized and known; polarities, dualities or oppositions as we would conceive of them begin in the Universe of Creation, Beriyah, and they become progressively stronger in the Universe of Formation, Yetzirah, and Universe of Making, Asiyah. In that Metatron, Sandalfon and Hua correspond with Sefirot of Beriyah, and are the archangelic presence of the Messiah, the principle of polarity as we might conceive of it does apply and Hua would represent the underlying unity of apparent opposites.

In speaking about “polarity” in Atzilut, though, Gideon was speaking about the awareness and realization of underlying unity of all spiritual principles and forces, and specifically those principles and forces that may appear as opposites in the great matrix of creation. It is, of course, very difficult to speak of the reality of Atzilut, and in whatever we might say we can only hint at it, for it is supramental, beyond the comprehension of our mental consciousness.

When I contemplate Metatron and Sandalfon, however, more than opposites I find the same presence and power manifesting in different dimensions, and while we may speak of a certain separation between these two Great Ofanim before the coming of the Messiah, and their unification with the appearance of the Messiah, this represents the actualization of the greater Divine Potential they represent, and the realization of their innate unity; hence, a greater revelation, and therefore greater knowledge of the Divine Presence and Power they represent. This is akin to teachings that speak of a “separation” between Yahweh and Elohim, and that speak of a unification of Yahweh Elohim. Are Yahweh and Elohim, in fact, ever separate and apart in the Holy One, or are we speaking about the appearance of separation of Mercy and Judgment, and the realization of their innate oneness, sameness, in the awakening of the soul? Something similar is true of Sandalfon and Metatron, and the revelation of Hua; and along with the realization of the innate unity of the great angel of the Divine Presence in heaven and on earth, and the World-To-Come and This World, so also with the Messiah the presence and power of the archangels in the Supernal Universe is manifest, hence a greater manifestation of the Divine Presence and Power, or Holy Shekinah, on earth.

Sandalfon corresponds with the manifestation of the angel of the Shekinah on earth, but also corresponds with the manifestation of the angel of the Shekinah in all world-systems; Metatron, on the other hand, corresponds with the angel of the Shekinah in heaven, the heavens associated with our world, as well as heavens associated with other world-systems. Likewise, Metatron is called a “supernal archangel,” the angel of the Supernal Shekinah. If we contemplate this we find that there is one angelic presence and power manifest in different dimensions, its root being in the Supernal Universe, but emanating from its supernal root into the heavens and into the world-systems. The Supernal Light, or Force, of this great angelic presence does not manifest in a world, and the unity of this angelic presence is not realized, until the Messiah appears in a world-system; when the Messiah appears, however, the Supernal Light becomes manifest, and the unity of this angelic presence in heaven and on earth is realized, and this corresponds with the revelation of Hua, the holy angel of the Shekinah of Messiah.

The attribute of Mercy with Metatron and Judgment with Sandalfon indicates how the shift in dimensionality comes about, hence, a progressive restriction, limitation, or measuring of the Holy Light, the Divine Presence and Power, or different levels of energy and frequencies of vibration; naturally, in a certain respect, emanations of the angel of the Shekinah on earth, or in any world-system, will be more restricted, or measured, than those of the angel of the Shekinah in the heavens, and likewise, the manifestation of the angel of the Shekinah in This World will be restricted, or limited, in comparison with the manifestation of the angel of the Shekinah in the World-To-Come. Thus, in Judgment and Mercy something more subtle and sublime in being implied than the idea of opposites, so also with the attributes of Female and Male, and so on.

In the Messiah, and specifically in Hayyah Yeshua, the Risen Messiah, as we know there is a regeneration, or transformation, of heaven and earth, and humanity, and in effect a new heaven, new earth and new humanity come into being. If this is true then the appearance, emanation, of Metatron and Sandalfon also under go a transformation, their glory and power increasing with the coming of the Messiah. The heavens and the earth are united in the Body of the Risen Messiah, and so also Metatron and Sandalfon, and the appearance, emanation, of this union is what we call “Hua.”

In Supernal Realization the Holy Light that is above is recognized, known, everywhere below; when this Holy Light is “brought down,” it awakens, activates, this Holy Light below, and so draws out, or releases, the Holy Light below. When this transpires, literally, there is no difference between heaven and earth, or the World-To-Come and This World; all is this Pleroma of Light, this Spacious Radiant Awareness, and the underlying unity of all is realized, and embodied. The unification of Metatron and Sandalfon, or the revelation of Hua, is the archangelic manifestation of this Supernal Realization.

Here we may say that Metatron corresponds with the Glory Body of Hayyah Yeshua, and Sandalfon corresponds with the Emanation Body of Hayyah Yeshua, and Archangel Hua corresponds with the inseparability of the Body of Glory and Body of Emanation, hence the same essence and nature being the foundation of both, the Body of Truth (Amet-Ain).

There is a secret to be spoken, for we know that in the heavenly ministry Adonai Messiah emanates and appears as various archangels and choirs of angels, and likewise we know, on earth Adonai Messiah assumes many different forms, many different manifestations. Hua represents the Body of Glory of the Perfect Tzaddik that can emanate as countless angels and heavens, or light realms, and as such, according to the masters of the tradition, all of the archangels are united in Hua, not only Metatron and Sandalfon. In a similar way, Hua is the “guardian angel” of all manifestations of Adonai Messiah on earth, or in any world-system, which is to say, the archangelic presence of the entire Living Body of the Messiah throughout all time, past, present and future; hence, the Emanation Body of Adonai Messiah.

While on one hand, at the beginning of the Book of Revelation we can view the Living Presence speaking to the angels of the churches, communities, as the Risen Messiah, on the other hand the Living Presence speaking these messages may be understood as Hua.

Here we may also say, while on one hand this speaks about angels associated with every assembly or gathering of souls, so also it speaks about the Holy Light in living tzaddikim or apostles who are the shepherds, leaders, of the assembly; hence, that they are like unto maggidim, angels of God. Indeed, for true living tzaddikim or apostles of the Messiah also abide in Threefold Body, and the nature of their Body of Light is angelic and divine, a heavenly or enlightened presence.

If we ponder how the heavens and earth are regenerated, transformed, or created anew, it is through the Supernal Light embodied in Messiah Yeshua, and other holy and enlightened ones after him, for that Holy Light, as the Scriptures teach us, is a “fire consuming fire, making all like unto itself”; whatever this spiritual nuclear fire touches is transformed, the Holy Light within it being released – hence the glory or self-radiance of those anointed with Supernal Light.

Now, as you might imagine, the power of the Names of God with the anointing of the spiritual light of the old covenant, versus the anointing of the Supernal Light in the new covenant, is very different. In effect, we may say that just as the archangels and orders of angels are transformed in the Messiah, so also are the Names of God transformed, being realized and unified in the Messiah. As such, the 144 Names of God, and all Names of God, are manifest in their full glory and power through the Risen Messiah.

In terms of the 72 Gevurot and 72 Hassidim we can say this, that in the Anointing we receive the Gevurot release light bound up in the material world, and the Hassidim release light bound up in astral and spiritual heavens. In that holy apostles are given the empowerment from Hayyah Yeshua to release or retain, just as with these Names of God, or Powers of God, they can release light, so also they can reweave, and create new forms in which the light can manifest according to the will of God. In speaking about releasing and retaining, of course, it is the maggidim, or angels of God, that execute or perform these Divine Actions; all such theurgic actions, or movements of wonderworking, involve the angels of God, and so also the angel of the Shekinah.

It is good to remember that when we set our mind upon heavenly and supernal things, “those things that are in Christ with God,” there is a continual company of holy angels with us, along with the spirits of tzaddikim, or “saints,” and so we abide in the good company of the Holy Shekinah, and the angel of the Shekinah will also be with us. If and when the call upon the Name of God in this good company, blessings will flow and wonders will transpire, for the divine luminous beings that are with us will hear and act swiftly!

This gives insight into teachings that speak of living tzaddikim who have the “ear of heaven,” or at lest gives insight to one level of what’s meant by this phrase.

This, no doubt, is enough for the moment.

May we meet Our Lord in the clouds of grace this day, and abide in communion with his great luminous assembly of tzaddikim and maggidim, saints and angels. Amen.

Most grateful for what I'm hearing with different ears!

If we contemplate this we find that there is one angelic presence and power manifest in different dimensions, its root being in the Supernal Universe, but emanating from its supernal root into the heavens and into the world-systems. The Supernal Light, or Force, of this great angelic presence does not manifest in a world, and the unity of this angelic presence is not realized, until the Messiah appears in a world-system; when the Messiah appears, however, the Supernal Light becomes manifest, and the unity of this angelic presence in heaven and on earth is realized, and this corresponds with the revelation of Hua, the holy angel of the Shekinah of Messiah. [...] The unification of Metatron and Sandalfon, or the revelation of Hua, is the archangelic manifestation of this Supernal Realization.


What's catching me differently is that Metatron and Sandalfon are the most essential circuitry of the power of Messiah. Other archangels appear to contribute to, and branch from, what is moving between these to particular powers. If this is accurate or not, I would be grateful to hear more.

There are a few other reasons I hear in your most recent response that Metatron and Sandalfon are most specifically archangels of the Christ.

They share the same ending in their names, the suffix "-on", which is full of mysteries. From the Gemmatria forum, in a post called "Archangelic El", you wrote of their suffix "-on":

Yet, more my friend, along with angelic names ending with El, there are those ending with On, which is also a Holy Name of God, spelt Vau-Nun; those ending with El are winds and those ending with On are flames of fire – these are holy angels from the Side of Mercy and Judgment, respectively.

The Holy Name of On is in El, for Judgment emanates from Mercy; if Alef is the Great Name, counted as 26, joined to Lamed, which is 30, El equally 56, the number of Vau-Nun, when Nun is not engraved as the final; in this, then, all can be traced back to El and God’s Supernal Mercy.


The ending "-on" I further recall you once explaining shows their being among the greater ofanim, archangels participating in those very deep, mysterious movements, wheels, aeons of revelation through time and process. The contrast in judgment you drew out with the mercy in the Divine name and suffix "El" suggests that the suffix "-on" in Metatron and Sandalfon is judgment for the ordeal of time necessary for a world-system (Sandalfon) to awaken to enlightenment (Metatron) and embody (Hua). In the most supreme name, judgment and mercy must be nothing mental being could think, for God Most High, El Elyon, is the movement of these great ofanim Metatron and Sandalfon.

You've explained before in another post from the Christian Kabbalah forum, in a post called "Chants of Metatron," how in our lineage Enoch is understood in the place of Moses at the Tranfiguration of Yeshua.

These two names [Torahkiel YHVH] together as one holy name of Archangel Metatron indicate Metatron as the Angel of the Supernal Shekinah, the interior Divine Presence, who spoke to the prophet Moses in the giving of the Ten Commandments; the aspect appearing to Moses, of course, was Archangel Sandalfon, the Angel of the Shekinah manifest. Thus, this is the Great Maggid at the burning bush speaking the Essential Name of the Most High (Eheieh Asher Eheieh) and the Great Maggid speaking the Holy Law that would open the way for the coming of the Messiah.

In this we may understand a very esoteric allusion when the masters of the tradition teach that rather than Moses and Elijah appearing in the Transfiguration, it was Enoch and Elijah, for as the Great Maggid of the Supernal Shekinah it was Metatron that transmitted the Holy Law to Moses, and likewise, Enoch ascended in divine rapture just as Elijah ascended – according to the Book of Kings, Elijah ascended by a whirlwind.


Christ transfigured Enoch and Elijah into its respective, archangelic emanations Metatron and Sandalfon, establishing something very unique about these particular archangels being the circuitry of Christ, for this is why Enoch-Moses and Elijah appeared on either side of Yeshua-Hua at the Transfiguration:

Six days later, Jesus took with him Peter and James and John, and led them up a high mountain apart, by themselves. And he was transfigured before them, and his clothes became dazzling white, such as no one on earth could bleach them. And there appeared to them Elijah with Moses, who were talking with Jesus. (Mark 9:2-4)

The final, most fascinating example of the Christ circuit of Metatron and Sandalfon concerns the olamot they together join like no other powers. Behind Metatron at Keter of Beriyah is Tifaret of Atzilut, hence, Prince of the Little Face. Beyond Sandalfon at Malkut of Beriyah is a direct reach into Keter of Asiyah, the Big Bang of our cosmic cycle thirteen and a half billion years and counting. The relationship of the Little Face in Atzilut with the Big Bang of our cosmic cycle is inextricably woven by this circuit of Christ: Torahkiel YHVH linked with Torahkiel Elohim, revealed as Hua: Torakiel Shaddai.

However near or far from the mark, may Ma continue sharing such essential mysteries of Christ!

Interface of the Infinite and Finite

Greetings and blessings in the light of the Messiah!

Those are wonderful insights you have shared dear brother, perfect as they are. Praise God for these delightful inspirations!

If we wish to consider Gevurah of Atzilut, or Judgment in Atzilut (Din), it is the principle of restriction or measure, distinction and individuation, and therefore multiplicity; in Atzilut, of course, this occurs in unity, or in a non-dual reality, and as such it is, indeed, inconceivable to mental consciousness, for mental consciousness, even at its peak, is inherently dualistic.

If we understand Supernal Judgment, it is the active agent of form, direction, duration and such; and taking form as our contemplation, aware of Supernal Mercy corresponding with formlessness, in Atzilut, form is formless and formlessness is form, they are completely inseparable, non-dual. In a similar way, when we speak of an individual and the universal, so the individual and universal are inseparable. This gives us a hint to the reality of Malkut of Atzilut, the true kingdom of heaven, which is a non-dual reality or realm, the perception and experience of which arises from Non-dual Gnostic Awareness, or Pure Radiant Awareness (Supernal Consciousness).

Understanding “Judgment” in this way, we will understand that it is through Judgment that all creation comes into being, and through Judgment that the Holy One interacts with creation, and perhaps we will acquire a deeper sense, or insight, into Judgment emanating from Mercy. Naturally, though, in an illusion of separation, and in self-grasping, Judgment becomes something different to us. A simple example in our experience is birth, which inevitably leads to death, and the ebbs and flows of the circumstances of life; while with life, and all that happens in it, and when it is time, with death, God is blessing us, it does not seem that way in separation and self-grasping, but rather seems like blessings and curses, “good” and “bad” – hence “mercy and judgment” as conceived in vital and mental consciousness in ignorance, the illusion of separation.

When we consider the suffix “On” with Metatron and Sandalfon, these two great angels represent the primary interface of the Most High (Elyon) with creation, or the primary way the Most High interacts and relates with creation, and the principle of Judgment involved is a restriction or limitation upon the Infinite (Ain Sof), which allows finite creatures to exist, and to interact with the Infinite, and to realize their union with the Infinite. This, too, is also the very principle of the Messiah, and the living tzaddikim who are in the Messiah; but in that the Messiah abides in conscious union with God and Godhead, our interaction and interrelationship with the Most High becomes more direct and more dynamic, and the way is opened for the full awakening of souls and the experience of conscious union with God (El).

Understand the principle of an interface, or intermediary, and recognizing this principle playing out in Metatron and Sandalfon, or Hua, and in Adonai Messiah, we can see how, naturally, Metatron and Sandalfon, or Hua, is the archangel of the Messiah, or the angel of the Shekinah of Messiah.

All of the archangels and orders of angels are the interface of the Most High with creation, and all are within Metatron and Sandalfon, or Hua; other archangels, though, represent a greater restriction or measuring of the Divine Presence and Power, and their hosts represent an even greater restriction or measuring of the Holy Light.

As we know, Metatron and Sandalfon, or Hua, is in the Messiah and the Messiah is in them, and so it is with all of the archangels and angels of the Most High, they are in the Messiah and the Messiah is in them. When the Messiah comes, and is embodied in a world, naturally the manifestation of archangels and angels is transformed, and there is a radical increase in their glory and power, for the Supernal Light has been embodied in the world, and so is made to shine in the heavens. As human beings become realized, enlightened, in the Messiah, so also do archangels and angels, and all manner of creatures, or sentient beings, for with the Supernal Light, there is also Supernal Habad, wisdom, understanding and knowledge – true enlightenment.

Before the coming of the Messiah the angels labored in the transmission of spiritual light, and the evolution of mental consciousness to its peak, cosmic consciousness, drawing souls nearer to the Most High; but with the coming of the Messiah the angels labor in the transmission of spiritual and Supernal Light, and an evolution of mental consciousness into Supernal Consciousness, drawing souls into conscious union with the Most High. Thus, there is a greater revelation of the Divine, a greater interaction and interrelationship with the Divine, and therefore a greater realization of the Divine, El Elyon (God Most High).

As we know, Enoch is taken up in ascension and is translated into Archangel Metatron, or attains the realization of Metatron, and so is drawn into the nearness and union corresponding with Metatron; accordingly, Enoch is exalted, and “set above all angels” as Metatron, the Prince of the Face (Zer Anpin). Something of the Supernal Light was embodied in Enoch, but there was no other soul on earth in his generation that desired the Supernal Light, or had the capacity to receive the Supernal Light, and therefore the Supernal Light Transmission was not manifest on earth, and so not manifest in heaven; hence, the Messiah was a not received and realized, and so the glory and power of the Most High in Enoch was restricted, diminished.

Something similar occurs with the prophet Elijah, but although there is one who desired the Supernal Light, and who had the capacity to receive the Supernal Light, there is no larger matrix of souls, or spiritual community, ready and able to recognize and receive the Messiah, and so receive the Supernal Light Transmission. When Elijah is taken up in ascent he is translated into Archangel Sandalfon, or attains the realization of Sandalfon, and so is drawn into the nearness and union corresponding with Sandalfon.

Enoch, Elijah, along with Moses, were aware of the greater Supernal Light, and were able to receive something of that Holy Light, but the full Supernal Influx, the embodiment of the Spirit of the Messiah, was not possible in them, for there was no matrix of souls ready and willing to receive the Supernal Influx with them, the Holy Vessels of Reception had not come into being; hence, the Holy Vessel of the Community of Israel was partial, incomplete, and therefore impaired.

What is the distinction between Enoch and Elijah, and their respective translations into Metatron and Sandalfon? The distinction is the orientation of their compassion. The compassion of Enoch was a desire for enlightenment in the heavens, among souls and angels in the heavens, while the compassion of Elijah was a desire for enlightenment on earth, in humankind and creatures here, and so for the generation of the Community of Israel as a fit Holy Vessel to receive the revelation of the Messiah and Malkut of Atzilut. The compassion of Enoch and Elijah are the same, and are completely interconnected, for the reception of the Messiah on earth and in the heavens are simultaneous events, completely integral to one another, earth and heaven receiving the Supernal Influx, the Spirit of the Messiah, together as one Holy Vessel.

This is reflected in the Threefold Body of Melchizedek, or rather, the Threefold Body of the Risen Messiah. Essentially, the Body of Truth (Amet) corresponds with Keter of Keter of Atzilut, or Atik Yomin, but more so, it corresponds with Olam ha-Adam Kadmon; hence, Primordial Enlightenment. The Body of Glory corresponds with Atzilut, and encompasses Beriyah and Yetzirah, and the Body of Emanation, or Manifestation, corresponds with Asiyah, the appearance of Messiah Yeshua, and living tzaddikim in the Messiah, corresponding with Malkut of Malkut of Asiyah. Thus, the entire Great Tree of Life, or all of the Divine and Spiritual Powers, are manifest in the Threefold Body of the Risen Messiah, and tzaddikim who are in the Risen Messiah.

We glimpse something of this if we meet and draw near to a Sacred Tau, and we are blessed to encounter them in a greater theurgic action in the Continuum, such as a “great convocation,” the invocation of all Divine Powers, or a “sending of the soul,” the guidance of a soul running and returning from and to the body through afterlife states and heavens; when the Living Presence is revealed in such movements what we behold is all Divine Powers moving with, in and through the Sacred Tau, and even manifesting as them – the fullness of the Shekinah of Messiah in that Holy Place, “Holy Land.”

In such a movement, quite literally, the Body of the Sacred Tau seems composed of all creation, the whole earth and all world-systems, and all good creatures in them, and their Body of Light seems composed of all heavens, reaching into supernal dimensions and the true kingdom of heaven, and all souls and angels that are in them; the Pleroma and the Entirety are the Threefold Body, and at the same time, there are countless emanations of Glory and Manifestation of the Sacred Tau within heavens and world-systems.

This was, and is, the reality of the Living Presence of the Messiah in Adonai Yeshua, and in this we acquire insight into the great theurgic action of Messiah Yeshua, taking upon himself the sins, or negative karma, of the world, and offering up his body and life for the “remission of sin,” or the forgiveness of sins; and likewise, we may acquire insight into how Hayyah Yeshua, the Risen Messiah, uplifts souls from earth and from the heavens into the true kingdom of heaven, the Pleroma of Supernal Light. Quite literally, all is in him and he is in all, and being raise up from death to eternal life, and drawn up in the Great Resurrection and Ascension, so also are all who believe and who cleave to the Risen Messiah, or rather, all who awaken in the Spirit of the Messiah, the Supernal Light. Hallelu Yah!

If this Living Presence is in any tzaddik or apostle, it is on account of this Supernal Realization embodied in our Elder Brother, Yeshua Messiah, and this Great Gesture he enacted; and therefore, Yeshua is the Messiah, and is rightly called our Adonai, Lord of lords, King of kings, and High Priest of the Order of Melchizedek.

As we know, however, along with Adonai Yeshua there is an entire matrix of souls, Enoch and Elijah, and the tzaddikim and navim before him, and so also tzaddikim and navim after him, laboring for the embodiment and revelation of the Messiah, and not only in the Christian stream of Light Transmission, but other streams of Light Transmission as well, all emanating from the Order of Melchizedek, the Order of Universal and Primordial Enlightenment. Joined with the tzaddikim and navim in this labor for the enlightenment and liberation of living spirits and souls, there are also maggidim, countless archangels and angels of God, the True Light. All are in Adonai Messiah and Adonai Messiah is in them, and so with the Holy Messiah, God, the True Light, is in all. Hallelu Yah!

As we know and understand, there are holy and enlightened ones, living tzaddikim, who appear among us, and who receive the full influx of the Supernal Light, the Spirit of the Messiah, and who become emanations, centers, of this Divine Grace, and this Divine Action; and when they receive the Spirit of the Messiah, “holding” and “anchoring” that Holy Light, as it were, it rays out, and all who are gathered together in faith and devotion with them receive the Anointing, the Spirit of the Messiah being communicated to the entire community, to each according to their faith, and their desire and capacity to receive.

If and when we have faith in Yeshua Messiah, and in the revelation of Hayyah Yeshua, the Risen Messiah, and we cleave in the fullness of faith and devotion, we are joined to the Threefold Body (Three Light-Vestures) of the Messiah; and so we are members of the Living Body of Christ, and are the Second Appearance of Christ in Glory. Likewise, if we understand the Threefold Body, and if we are in community with a living tzaddik, and we have faith in the tzaddik and cleave to the tzaddik, so are we extensions, emanations, of their Body of Manifestation, and our body of light is the extension, emanation, of their Body of Glory.

The Threefold Body with a living tzaddik in the Messiah (Amet, Truth) is the Glory and Emanation of the Threefold Body of the Risen Messiah, and as we receive the Spirit of the Messiah in full, and integrate and embody the Spirit of the Messiah, so also is the Threefold Body generated with us by the Spirit of the Messiah, Divine Grace.

The greater fullness of the Messiah does not manifest with a single individual alone, but rather through a matrix of souls, a gathering of individuals; hence, the holy tzaddik and community. The greater fullness of the Messiah does not manifest with a single tzaddik and community alone, however, but through a multiplicity of living tzaddikim and communities; hence, a greater generation of the Threefold Body, a greater expansion of the Living Presence and Living Body, not only on earth, but also in the heavens.

Here is must be said, just as tzaddikim have disciples, companions, on earth, so also they have disciples, companions, in inner dimensions, or in the heavens, and so there is a great matrix of living spirits and souls through which the Holy Light, the Spirit of the Messiah, extends and shines on earth and in the heavens, and all of the spiritual works, or divine actions, that transpire, are accomplished by the entire Living Body of the Messiah, by all spirits and souls that are in it, One Living Body, One Living Presence.

Thus, when we speak of spiritual works, such as releasing, liberating, through the power of the 144 Names of God on earth and in heaven, these works are transpiring with, in and through all of us, all who have received the Light Transmission, the Spirit of the Messiah – the True Chrism (Anointing).

In that we have spoken about the correspondence of the Olamot and the Threefold Body, so also it seems important to speak about the five aspects of the soul and the Threefold Body, drawing out knowledge of the Threefold Body a bit further. The Truth Body corresponds with the realization of yechidah, our divine spark or unique essence, and the Glory Body corresponds with hayyah, neshamah and ruachot regenerated by this realization, and so the Emanation Body is the nefeshim transformed through this realization. Thus, the Threefold Body is the glory and power of the soul awakened and realized in the Messiah, the Living Presence of our holy soul awakened and in conscious union with God, the True Light.

The Messiah is, in truth, the very nature of our yechidah, and the Spirit of the Messiah is the very nature of our hayyah, and our neshamah is the unique and individual appearance and action of the Messiah and Spirit of the Messiah manifesting as our heavenly or supernal soul; when these inner aspects of our soul as it is in God, or in the Light Continuum, are realized, and ruach and nefesh embody this realization, ruach and nefesh are established in eternal life, being true emanations of our neshamah, our heavenly or supernal soul. Truly, and fully, when the inner aspects of our soul are actualized and realized, embodied, we are “one who descends from heaven,” and so we are “one who ascends into heaven,” and in our ascension, so may we uplifts countless living spirits and souls, facilitating the awakening, the enlightenment, of many siblings.

Until the coming of the Messiah, the highest realization of the soul was neshamah of neshamah, but with the coming of the Messiah the way is open for the realization of hayyah and yechidah; hence, the realization, enlightenment, that was embodied in Adonai Yeshua. In his realization, it is not only that he received the Spirit of the Messiah from above, but that he recognized and realized the Presence and Power of the Messiah in him, the true essence and nature of his soul as it is in God, the True Light, and, indeed, the true essence and nature of all souls as sons and daughters of God, the True Light.

Although countless sentient beings, as yet, remain in bondage to the ignorance, and the inner aspects of their souls have not been actualized and realized, but only exist in potential, nevertheless, within and behind there are these aspects, and this truth realized in Messiah Yeshua, and in other holy and enlightened beings, is the truth of all living spirits and souls, all beings. Likewise, the Threefold Body that is manifest with Adonai Yeshua, and with other holy an divine beings, also reflects the true nature of all living spirits and souls, all beings. It is just that there is a need for the awakening of souls, beings, and the actualization and realization of who and what they are in God, the True Light.

In terms of our Elder Brother, Yeshua Messiah, and living tzaddikim in the Messiah, they are messengers of the Spirit of Awakening, the Fiery Intelligence (Holy Spirit), and they are mirrors of this truth and light within us, revealing our true essence and nature, and the true essence and nature of all as it is in the Light Continuum, Yahweh.

Metatron corresponds with this Divine Action in the heavens, and Sandalfon corresponds with this Divine Action on earth, and the truth that this is one and the same Divine Action corresponds with Hua.

Hua, as the name of the Archangelic Presence of the Messiah actually conveys a secret esoteric mystery, one “hidden in plain sight.” Hu means “he” and Hua means “she,” and although we may say that in Hua there is Male and Female, the Name of Hua is specifically feminine. The open secret conveyed by this is as follows: The Coming of the Messiah is the manifestation of Supernal Malkut on earth, and through the manifestation of Supernal Malkut on earth, so the earth is transformed and uplifted into Supernal Malkut, the true kingdom of heaven; hence, embodiment is transcendence, embodiment is how the Great Ascension transpires!

We may also recall that in the Second Coming there is the revelation of God the Mother, and the full reception of the Holy Bride; hence, the fruition of the revelation of Christ and the Gospel is through Hua, She!

Having said this, what is manifest in the heights as Metatron becomes manifest through Sandalfon in This World, or in the depths; hence, the Name of Union, Hua, She!

Here I must pause and wait upon the Spirit of Yahweh.

May the Light of the True Cross, the Great Seth, shine into all directions of endless space, and so extend into all realms, worlds and universes of the Entirety, touching and blessing all living spirits and souls, uplifting and redeeming all. Amen.

Three-Fold Palaces

Greetings Tau Malachi:

Understanding “Judgment” in this way, we will understand that it is through Judgment that all creation comes into being, and through Judgment that the Holy One interacts with creation, and perhaps we will acquire a deeper sense, or insight, into Judgment emanating from Mercy. Naturally, though, in an illusion of separation, and in self-grasping, Judgment becomes something different to us. A simple example in our experience is birth, which inevitably leads to death, and the ebbs and flows of the circumstances of life; while with life, and all that happens in it, and when it is time, with death, God is blessing us, it does not seem that way in separation and self-grasping, but rather seems like blessings and curses, “good” and “bad” – hence “mercy and judgment” as conceived in vital and mental consciousness in ignorance, the illusion of separation.


Enthralled by these teachings of Sandalfon, Metatron, and Hua, inclines me to ask something haunting me for some time now about their respective circuitry in severity, mercy, and compassion.

When we consider the formula IAO, an esoteric name for Hua, we're contemplating at least two layers simultaneously. It is important to remember that the letters IAO are respectively YHV. With this in place, one layer present in IAO is the Three-Fold Body which, on pages 159-160 of Gnosis of the Cosmic Christ, you aligned with YHV: I-Y is the Body of Truth, A-H is the Body of Glory, and O-V is the Body of Emanation. The other layer within IAO is the theurgic formula of I-Life, A-Death, and O-Rebirth. As Hua's name esoterically is IAO, this implies how Hua is not only the integrity of the Three-Fold Body, but is the very process of its coming into being through souls' life, death, and rebirth.

This said, I wanted to dare to ask if anything of the "Afterlife Above" teachings narrated in pages 298-302 in Gnosis of the Cosmic Christ, concerning the arising of peaceful, wrathful, and blissful emanations from the radiance of the mind of a newly disincarnate soul, may in any way relate to what is being shared of Metatron, Sandalfon, and Hua? Are the peaceful emanations an expression of Metatron? The wrathful emanations of Sandalfon? Their union and totality of Hua? If this is in any way on the mark, then an entirely new body of contemplations regarding these archangels' agency of Messiah's liberative blessings is burgeoning.

Peaceful, Wrathful & Blissful Faces of Archangels

Peace and grace to you in Messiah Yeshua!

On one hand we can say that there is a correspondence of the peaceful, wrathful and blissful palaces with Metatron, Sandalfon and Hua, respectively; on the other hand, though, there are peaceful, wrathful and blissful emanations of the archangels, and as such, there is a manifestation of all three of these archangels in each of the palaces, the peaceful, wrathful and blissful emanations of Metatron, Sandalfon and Hua, and so with all of the archangels.

The palaces that arise in the inner dimensions of the afterlife experience are the arising of the Great Vision in the afterlife in Mercy, Judgment and Compassion; hence, the inmost essence and nature of the mind, soul or consciousness of the initiate dawns, the Clear Light Essence, and within the Clear Light there is the arising of the primordial elements of consciousness in their innate purity, and this appears as the peaceful, or supernal heavenly palace. If there is an awareness of innate unity and perfection in the Messiah, or recognition and realization of this palace of lights as a radiant, magical display of the mind, consciousness or soul in union with God, the True Light, the soul abides in this Pleroma of Light, and there is enlightenment and liberation, the realization of eternal life. If, however, the illusion of separation arises, even on the most subtle and sublime level, then rather than the supernal palace, there may be an experience of spiritual and astral heavens, or, if there is greater impurity, a greater manifestation of the illusion of separation, the soul may be overwhelmed, and the palace will transform into its wrathful form; instead of a supernal or a heavenly vision, it become a hellish one, a vision of Severe Judgment. There is a possibility that in the midst of the vision of the wrathful palace that the soul of an initiate might awaken and remember innate unity and perfection in the Messiah, and so transform the vision, returning, as it were, to the peaceful palace, or experiencing divine rapture, liberation. Naturally, though, recognition and realization in the wrathful palace of more difficult, and therefore less likely; if and when the soul of an initiate is overwhelmed and falls unconscious, through the good grace of Hayyah Yeshua, the Spirit of the Messiah, the soul arises in the vision of the blissful palace, the entirety of the peaceful and wrathful palaces arising together in a movement of Divine Grace.

Essentially, there is one Holy Palace of Lights, and it corresponds with the Body of the Risen Messiah, and in it are all of the Divine Powers of the Pleroma and Entirety, Yichud and Perud; the appearance of this Holy Palace in Mercy, Judgment or Compassion is rooted in the soul, and corresponds with pure and impure vision, or perfect righteousness and imperfect righteousness. All tzaddikim and all maggidim, or all “saints and angels,” along with all kinds of divine and enlightened spiritual forces, appear in this Holy Palace, and corresponding with the state of consciousness, or the state of the soul in this arising in the afterlife, they appear peaceful, wrathful or blissful, as does the Messiah and God. Thus, Metatron-Sandalfon, or Hua, has peaceful, wrathful or blissful appearances in the arising of this Great and Holy Palace of Lights.

In provisional teachings we can give descriptions of this Palace of Lights for prayer and meditation, and for the guidance of souls, but the experience of this Holy Palace is far more subtle and sublime, and far more complex and vast, than any provisional teachings and descriptions can convey; at best they are mere hints of this experience in the afterlife states, and in visionary states arising in prayer and meditation, just as are teachings and descriptions of heavens and hells, and the various earths, in our Christian Kabbalah.

Although we may speak of the orientation of Archangel Sandalfon to the evolution of consciousness, souls, in world-systems, and the revelation of Christ and God in world-systems, while speaking of Metatron as oriented to the evolution of consciousness, souls, in the heavens, and the revelation of Christ and God in the heavens, we must remember that Sandalfon is an archangel, and that Sandalfon also has a presence in the heavens as well. There are spiritual works, divine actions, of Sandalfon in the heavens, as with any of the holy archangels, and there are heavenly abodes over which Sandalfon presides, or that emanate from the presence and power of God in Sandalfon.

In a similar way, although the orientation of Metatron is toward the heavens, there are also emanations and divine actions of Metatron within world-systems, and if and when there is a man or woman of God that walks with God as Enoch did, or there is a Sun of Heaven in a generation, Metatron is with them, as is Sandalfon; if that man or woman of God is in the Messiah, or there is a Sun of Heaven who is a holy apostle, then Hua, the archangelic presence of the Risen Messiah, is with them.

We need to remember that archangels and angels are non-human entities, they are spiritual and divine beings, and their being and existence is non-linear; thus, they can and do have multiple correspondences, and in the case of archangels they engage in many different emanations and divine actions, extending through vast meta-dimensional dominions.

In terms of the mystic word of Christ, IAO, and Hua; in the communication of this Christ-Spirit through this mystic word, radiant holy breath, and the laying on of hands, something of the spiritual power of Hua is in the movement, and so it is with any movement of the Light Transmission.
