The Tenth Names

The Tenth Name of Gevurot: Alef-Lamed-Dalet

This Holy Name is composed of the Divine Name of El, corresponding to Hesed of Atzilut, coupled with Dalet, which hold the power of wealth or poverty, and corresponds with Nogah-Venus; thus, this Holy Name contains the power of good or bad fortune, and holds the power to bless or to curse.

This is a power given to all of us – we may bless or we may curse, but we must know and understand the blessings bring sweetness in life and curses bring bitterness; before we curse another person we would be wise to consider what we are doing, for in the law of cause and effect, while cursing another we are cursing ourselves.

Now some might say that having the power to bless or to curse that they would only bless others, and never curse them; if they were a perfect saint, or rather, a perfect tzaddik, perhaps that might be true – for the rest of us, however, that’s not true at all. You see, every time we hold a negative thought or emotion about someone, or we speak negatively about someone, or we gossip or slander, or we gesture or act in a negative way, in effect, we have curses that person; all negativity directed towards another person is a psychic assault or a curse.

If we are open and honest, we all know very well that negativity directed towards others is very common – when we see that we have directed negative energy towards someone, calling upon this Holy Name we can dispel the negativity, and instead we can bless them, and in so doing we will heal our soul and bless ourselves.

Understanding how common it is in our experience to find our selves directing negativity towards others in vital reaction, we know how common this habitual tendency of the sitra ahara (the evil inclination) is in everyone, and we know that we experience many assaults from others who are unaware of what they are doing. Calling upon this Holy Name we can shield ourselves from the assaults of negative psychic and spiritual energy that is directed at us, and shield ourselves from the general negativity that is so prevalent in the subtle psychic environment of this world – especially in public spaces of the unenlightened human society.

At times we may encounter individuals who are filled with extreme negativity and who may radiate very dark and hostile energy, or who may actually be a vehicle or channel of shedim, and who may actually intend to cause harm with psychic or magical assaults – sorcerers; such individuals are said to possess the “evil eye,” a significant talent for cursing by glance or gaze will ill-intent. This Name of God may neutralize this power of the evil eye so that we will not be affected by it.

This Holy Name is also among those that may be called upon to drive out an unclean or evil spirit from a place, and specifically from buildings that have doors – performing a smudging or banishing of each room in a house or building, opening the front door and intoning this Name of God, all unclean and evil spirits are driven out.

There is a saying in Kabbalah regarding a certain class of demons called “The Fallen,” who are said to come from the order of the Beni Elohim. As the saying goes, “You do not want to attract the attention of the Fallen, for attracting their attention will be your end.” According to the masters of the tradition, this Holy Name protects a soul from “catching their attention.”

Having said all of this, of course, we must remind that this is a Name of God with which you can extend blessings to others – putting on the Blessed Name of Yeshua Messiah and activating it with the unification of Elohim into El, and envisioning and intoning the Name: Ah-Lu-Da, the blessing spoken will rest upon the person.

In closing our dialogue in this Name to speak of practices with it, it must be said: If you recognize and realize the Ain Nature of all, you need not be concerned negative psychic or spiritual energy – how will emptiness harm emptiness?

A Meditation with the Name: Divine Protection

When you want to shield yourself from negative or dark energy directed towards you, cleave to Yeshua Messiah and the Shekinah of the Messiah, and perform the Middle Pillar; at the conclusion of the Middle Pillar envision that your light sphere transforms into a sphere of crystal light, diamond light, impenetrable to any negative or dark energy, and envisioning this Holy Name before you, intone it: Ah-La-Da, and you will have a perfect shield against negative psychic and spiritual influences.

*If you wish to do this for another person, then envision them in the Holy Light in place of yourself and intone this Holy Name with the intention of extending divine protection to them.

When you have done this, pray that all in need of divine protection might receive it, and pray that all who seek to abide in the Sanctuary of Grace are received – pray for the well-being and welfare of all your relations, and most especially, if there is a specific reason your have invoke this Name for protect, and a specific person or persons are involved, pray for them, praying that the Holy One might bless and keep them, and that they might experience the fulfillment of their true heart’s desire, and if there is anything to be forgiven, be certain that it is forgiven by you.

*Remember, the lack of forgiveness maintains negative karmic connections and is the principle inroad for negative and dark energy; when there is sincere forgiveness there is no link or connection.

This is the practice.

A Practice among the Navim: The Blessing Way

To extend a blessing when conditions make it difficult, the navim will call upon this Holy Name.

They will cleave to the Middle Pillar – specifically to El Hai, and they will unify Elohim Tzavaot with Yahweh Tzavaot; then first, they will intone the Name Ah-Lo-Di, to banish all klippotic influences, and then they will intone the Name: Ah-La-Da, and speak the blessing.

When they have spoken the blessing they will intone the permutations of the Name in the following way:

Ah-La-Da
Da-Ah-La
La-Da-Ah
Ah-Da-La
La-Ah-Da
Da-La-Ah

Then they will pray for blessings to rest upon all living spirits and souls, and they will give praise and thanks to God, the Source of all Blessings; this is the practice.

Angels of the Name

The angels of this Holy Name are: Amiel, Lagiel and Dodliel, and they are from the order of the Beni Elohim – they are fierce guardians.

This concludes our sacred discourse in the Tenth Name of Gevurot.

Praise Adonai who reveals all mysteries – Hallelu Yah! Amen.

The Tenth Name of Hasidim: Mem-Shin-Ayn

This is a Holy Name invoked when there is a need for spiritual rebirth and for the opening of sight into the World of the Holy Spirit; likewise, it is a Name of God tzaddikim call upon for spiritual transmissions by glance or gaze.

Wonderworkers may call upon this Name to give substance to spirits evoked to visible appearance, and navim call upon it for visions of the Holy Shekinah.

When an initiate is having trouble with visualization, this name may be invoked to shatter the klippah that prevents their envisioning – often, asking their holy tzaddik for a blessing or empowerment for visualization, the tzaddik will call upon this Name of God on their behalf.

This is also a Holy Name invoked to bind away spiritual forces of Klippah Nogah – hence, to penetrate the Glowing Husk and “See True”.

This corresponds to another purpose for which this Name is invoked – to purify us of worldly desires that distract us from the Great Work.

A Meditation with the Name: A Rebirth in Spirit

Before going out to do a water ceremony (baptism) call upon this Holy Name; cleaving to the Messiah and Shekinah of Messiah, pray to be renewed in the Mother Spirit, and intoning Yah Yahweh, Yah Yeshua, meditate upon this Holy Name.

Then, as you go out to the water ceremony, continue in prayer and contemplation of the Name – when you come to the waters, pronounce the Name; when you go down into the waters and rise up, it will come into effect.

(Mi-Sha-Ai)

Pray for the spiritual rebirth of all beings in the Mother Spirit and worship God, the True Light; abide in the Sanctuary of Grace.

A Practice among the Navim: Transmission by Glance or Gaze

Abiding in union with Yahweh the holy tzaddik or navi will envision the Name within them – Mem in the navel, Shin in the heart, the root of Ayn in the throat, with the two Yod in the eyes of their Body of Light, inwardly intoning the Name: Ma-Sha-Ai, glancing or gazing, like flames leaping from their eyes to those of another, transmission.

*This transmission is typically coupled with an oral transmission, hence Ayn rooted in the throat with the two Yod in the eyes.

**This is founded in conscious intention; hence, it transpires because a tzaddik or navi wishes it, and so heaven fulfills their wish.

Another Practice among the Navim: Great Vision

When a navi seeks a vision they may call upon this Holy Name – this is how:

Tending a continuum of self-purification and intensification of worship, they will prepare themselves; then, when the Spirit calls, they will go out into the wilderness to a sacred and holy place by water, and enacting a water ceremony, bathing, they will put on fresh clothes and anoint themselves – and there by the waters they will call upon Ha-Shem and the Divine Powers, and taking four rods (large prayer sticks) they have prepared, with prayer banners upon them, they will put them to the four Directions, forming the Holy Cross; in the midst, they will place their holy rug.

Then again, they will call upon Ha-Shem and the Divine Powers, and they will make appropriate offerings, and making offerings below, they will go above, ascending rung by rung up the Ladder of Lights, cleaving to the Middle Pillar, then reaching to the Left and Right, and unifying the Left into the Right, they will rise up one Triad to another, until they reach Keter Elyon, and unify Yah and Elohim.

Reaching Keter Elyon, and unifying Yah and Elohim, they will intone the Shema with traditional kavvanot; then bowing down, assuming the Position of the Navi, they will perform the unification of Eheieh and El Elyon.

Then they will turn their mind to the Holy Name, and envision the Holy Letters like mountains of light surrounding them – Mem behind to their right, Shin behind to their left, Ayn before them; invoking the Name: Ma-Sha-A’Ah, they will gaze into the Upper Firmament, seeing and hearing and knowing in the Spirit.

When Ruach Ha-Kodesh has come and gone, they will return, having run, and as they descend they will bring what they have received down with them, passing down rung to rung, reflecting their ascent; arriving again into the body, with soul and body they will worship in the presence of Ha-Shem and the Powers, giving thanks and praise to El Elyon, and praying for the blessing of the people and the land.

Then they will celebrate the Wedding Feast.

The completion of the movement is a Rite of Fire Offering, burning the rods and prayer flags, and making many offerings for auspicious circumstances in the transmission of the Body of Vision to the people – these are prayers and invocations for the people as inspired by Ruach Ha-Kodesh and the Body of Vision; this, too, is brought to fruition through a Holy Feast – this complete the movement.

This is the practice.

*In this movement the Powers may guide the prophet into the waters to speak with them – if that is the case the prophet must go into the waters, for there are many holy things not spoken in this world save over the waters.

The Angels of the Name

The angels of this Holy Name are: Mazdadael, Shanuel, and Aishoiel - they come from among the order of Watchers and know secrets of the Way of Vision; they also are wrathful guardians of the Community of the Elect.

This concludes our sacred discourse on the Tenth Names of Gevurot and Hasidim – and it is by God’s blessing and grace that we have spoken; Hallelu El – Praise God!

Holy One, We praise and bless Your Name, with which You are One, and we pray that Your blessings and grace remains with us to continue our sacred discourse on Your Name; and to we pray, let our discourse be a blessing upon all living spirits and souls, and let it bear good fruit, bringing glory to Your Holy Name. Amen.

The Tenth Name of Hasidim

#2 Postby BrandonLw » Tue May 05, 2009 10:42 pm

Praise to the mysteries and revelation of the Holy Spirit.
A question and contemplation for offering in the play of the Holy Names:

The 10th Hasidim, Mem Shin Ayin, corresponds closely with the calls of John the Baptist when he declares,

I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me will come one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not fit to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.
(Matthew 3:11)

In the discussion of the 10th Hasidim, there is a practice given corresponding with the waters of Mem for a rebirth of spirit- a repentance, as it feels.

Next, there is a practice presented corresponding with the fiery gaze of the holy tzaddik. This seems to correspond with the baptism of fire The Baptist speaks of. There has been much said about the mysteries within the gaze of a tzaddik, though I had not associated these with "baptism" as I understood it. Also, something of the Ayin in the name makes me suspect that gaze is not the only means of this baptism, but perhaps an auspicious means?

In recognition of Ayin, it is likewise curious that Yeshua and John the Baptist both preach,

Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near.

Near perhaps, and awaiting eyes that may look upon and within it?
As mysteries unfold in this regard, I would be curious to know of the play of sefirot and olamot that may be implied in this dynamic of baptism and vision.

Shalom.

Reception of the Holy Spirit

#3 Postby Tau Malachi » Wed May 06, 2009 11:09 am

Greetings in the Light of the Messiah!

When Adonai Yeshua speaks with the Pharisee Nicodemus in the Gospel of St. John he tells him that a person must be reborn of water and the Spirit to enter into the kingdom of heaven – this implies an outer and inner dimension to baptism, the outer a rite of purification and the inner a consecration or sanctification, a spiritual awakening.

According to the Gospel of St. Philip, if we go down into the living waters and rise up receiving nothing, then as yet the name of Christian, Christ-like, is not our own, but if we rise up and receive the chrism, the Holy Spirit, then the name of Christian is ours as a gift, for like Christ, we are anointed with the Spirit of God.

The baptism of fire and the Spirit are often spoken of as one and the same, and yet at other times they appear to be distinct – this indicates an initiation that sets something in motion, the fruition of which is a spiritual empowerment and illumination; hence, an initiation that awakens the fiery intelligence in us, the fruition of which is a state of Christ Consciousness, Supernal Consciousness.

In the tradition we speak of one initiation that assumes two forms, outer and inner. The outer, the symbolic, is baptism, chrism and wedding feast, while the inner is energetic, actual, a transmission through laying on hands, radiant holy breath and mystic word – the outer corresponds with the baptism of water for repentance, purification, and the inner corresponds to the reception of the Holy Spirit, a true initiation or spiritual awakening, sanctification.

In some cases, these two may transpires together, in others, the Holy Spirit comes to a person leading them to the living waters, fulfilling the covenant, or, the Holy Spirit may come sometime later, affirming faith and fulfilling hope.

The experience of the reception of the Holy Spirit is an experience of Light Transmission, when our sight opens to the World of the Holy Spirit – this Light Transmission, or seeing and hearing and knowing in the Spirit, can assume many gradations and many forms. The very first time we have this experience, it is called “initiation” and the “reception of the Holy Spirit,” thereafter, moments of Light Transmission are spiritual blessings or empowerments, and represent various spiritual and mystical experiences in the process of unfolding our self-realization in Christ.

Essentially, the reception of the Holy Spirit and various experiences of Light Transmission join gnosis to our faith, and according to Scripture, such as in the Book of Acts or Gospel of St. Philip, originally followers of the Way all had the experience of the reception of the Holy Spirit, and direct spiritual and mystical experience of the Risen Christ, all of them had faith and gnosis, a strong, enduring, knowing faith. Originally, the actual reception of the Holy Spirit or Light Transmission was everything in the Christian stream, as was the witness of the Holy Spirit through spiritual powers, spiritual gifts.

The same is true today in our own tradition, a Charismatic or Hasidic Christianity – our Christian Kabbalah.

In truth, the Kabbalah is not know through a book or the teachings of a tzaddik, but rather it is revealed by Ha-Shem to a person through the Holy Spirit. The teachings of a true tzaddik, apostle or realized person, however, have an energetic transmission within and behind them, something of the power of their realization, the power of Ruach Ha-Kodesh, the Holy Spirit – this energy, or this light and fiery intelligence, can be transmitted in any number of ways, in person, or at a distance.

Generally speaking though, always this becomes grounded and confirmed in the material dimension, in space-time, through some encounter and transmission by a tzaddik. We learn this with the story of St. Paul, for although he experiences the Risen Messiah and receives the Holy Spirit directly from the Risen Messiah, nevertheless his initiation is not complete until he seeks out the disciple of a living apostle, and receives a healing and transmission from him in confirmation, being fully received into the assembly, the Body of Christ. Naturally so, for if a person claims initiation, or the reception of the Holy Spirit by way of some visionary experience or the inner dimensions, and if they speak the truth, then naturally and spontaneously, if it is the Holy Spirit, when they draw near to a tzaddik who bears this Light-presence and Light-power, the Spirit will move and a transmission in confirmation will take place. If and when that is not the case, or if and when the Holy Spirit does not bear witness of the person, then whatever was received is not the Holy Spirit, but is some other spirit, klippah, and no transmission will occur when they encounter the tzaddik.

When we speak of the inner form of the Threefold Rite of Initiation, what we are talking about is not so much the method of the transmission, but rather the qualities of the experience – a tzaddik or apostle is not bound by any outward forms in the play of the Light Transmission, but they may share something of this spiritual power or energetic transmission in many different ways. The key, however, is that there is a reception of the Holy Spirit and the opening of sight into the World of the Holy Spirit, something of a direct spiritual and mystical experience of the Risen Messiah and Shekinah of the Messiah.

Now, a tzaddik may, indeed, enact a transmission through the method spoken of as the inner form of the Threefold Rite, laying on hands, breathing the radiant holy breath and intoning the mystic word or Holy Name, and likewise, they may do so through the movements of a sacred ceremony, or through a rite of taking under a mantle, or passing the mantle, and so on; but they could very well do so while speaking with a person, by a gesture with conscious intention, or even by a glance or gaze – these latter methods being very common in the Way of Crazy Wisdom within our tradition.

They might also place spiritual power in an object and pass it to a person, or in some food and drink, like bread and wine, (or cactus juice)!

The play of Light Transmission, the dance of the Shekinah of Messiah, can transpire in many, many, different ways – even from another room, or a greater distance, if and when the Spirit inspires them and they hold the conscious intention of that “holy kiss.”

There are many different gradations of Light Transmission, and many different gradations of the opening of our sight into the World of the Holy Spirit – these correspond with the Holy Sefirot and Olamot.

In the outermost gradations there is an awareness of the energetic dimension within and behind all that appears, and an awareness of the play of spiritual forces and a discernment of spirits – then “sight,” awareness, may open further into the world or angels, and further still into the world of archangels and great cosmic forces, and even further into the World of the Sefirot, the actual World of the Holy Spirit. As we pass into these inner gradations, the reception of the Holy Spirit blossoms towards its fullness in us, and with it so also the indwelling presence of the Messiah – the embodiment of this Light-presence and Light-power grows and increases.

It is a movement actualizing and realizing the divine potential in us, our holy spark or unique essence, yechidah, and the embodiment of our holy neshamah, our divine nature or supernal soul – hence, the realization of our inner tzaddik, Christ in us.

This is the purpose and mission of the outer tzaddik – the realization of our inner tzaddik, and in the play of the Light Transmission, as we pass into the inner gradations, we discover that the apparently outer tzaddik and apparently inner tzaddik are one and the same Light-presence and Light-power, one Holy Tzaddik, who is the Light of the World, the Messiah, Anointed of El (God).

This is what the play of initiation, blessings, empowerments, prophecies, wonders, healings and such around a holy tzaddik are all about, and so also all their outward works, sacred discourses and companionship, shared prayers, meditations and sacred ceremonies – it is all about this energetic transmission and self-realization in Christ. It is all about the dance of the Shekinah of Messiah, the Tower of the Flock!

Here we have a Name of God that corresponds to something of this play of transmission or spiritual empowerment.

Indeed, in this Holy Name the way of transmission is revealed to those who understand the Name!

It must be said, however, that what is recorded of these 144 Names of God is merely the surface or beginning – giving some sense of their meaning and how they might be used, understanding that as an initiate invokes them greater knowledge of the Names will come through the grace of the Holy Spirit. Likewise, the methods taught for invoking them are nothing more than examples – with any of the Names of God there are countless ways to call upon Ha-Shem, and many more spiritual works that may be done with them than what is written here. This Sefer Ha-Shem, “Book of The Name,” is a beginning – a starting point, nothing more, and nothing less.

Ultimately, the Holy Spirit reveals to us how to call upon them for works we are to do, and she empowers us to invoke them – it is she who moves with, in and through them, and with, in and through us, accomplishing the works of wonders.

The Holy Spirit, the Holy Light and Fire, is everything to us – it is the Life Divine; hence, the Spirit of Enlightenment, or Spirit of Truth.

Here we may say that when we are empty of ourselves, we are filled with the Holy Spirit – in our emptiness her fullness is manifest and embodied.

And so the Apostle Paul proclaims, “Not I, but Christ and the Holy Spirit in me accomplish the work!”

May all who desire to receive the Holy Spirit be blessed to receive, and receiving, may they be empowered to cleave to her and may her fullness be manifest in them, the Pleroma of Light embodied in Yeshua Messiah. Amen.

Reception of the Holy Spirit

#4 Postby BrandonLw » Wed May 06, 2009 9:35 pm

Amen!

It is an empowerment and affirmation to be reminded of the vast play available in outer transmission when the inner kavvanot of a Christian, or Christ-like aspiration, is held near to our hearts.

Quite beautiful!

Re: The Tenth Names

#5 Postby Elder Gideon » Wed May 08, 2013 6:09 pm

Shalom Tau Malachi:

The Tenth Name of Gevurot, Alef-Lamed-Dalet, has enriched me this week in its contemplation of the Name El followed by a Dalet. Along with everything you've shared above, I'm amazed by all mysteries of Mercy and Loving-Kindness revealed by an open door:

I am the gate. Whoever enters by me will be saved, and will come in and go out and find pasture. John 10.9

‘Ask, and it will be given to you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you.' Matthew 7.7

Listen! I am standing at the door, knocking; if you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to you and eat with you, and you with me. Revelations 3.20

It is later in Revelations 4.1 that St. John is taken before the Throne of Glory by way of a door: After this I looked, and there in heaven a door stood open! And the first voice, which I had heard speaking to me like a trumpet, said, ‘Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.’

There's more, for Dalet in our lineage corresponds with Venus-Nogah, the Heart Center. I've never thought to see double-letters (which are also planetary energies) in the Names in this way, holding interior star contemplations!

What happens when we contemplate this Tenth Name as El behind the door of the heart?

Gratefully,

Elder Gideon

Blessings in the Holy Light!

May I also add in the verse from Revelations 3:8,
"I know your works. Look, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut."
What mercy in an open door that no one can close! I look forward to what Ma would share with us concerning doors!
May we walk in beauty and holiness through the doors of mercy, knowing all as blessing and mercy of God Most High!
Shalom!

Open Door

#7 Postby Tau Malachi » Thu May 09, 2013 11:05 am

Grace and peace to you from Yeshua Messiah!

You have found the “door” into deeper mysteries concerning this Name of God, dear brother. What has been shared of the 72 Names of God, the Gevurot and Hassidim, is only a basic introduction, and in general corresponds with the initial layer of mysteries based upon the three letters composing them, and the corresponding spiritual powers of the letters. If, however, an initiate contemplates these Names, and meditates upon them, and calls upon them in faith and love, cleaving to the Messiah and Yahweh Elohim, so the Spirit of the Messiah will reveal the deeper layers of mysteries that are in them, and greater spiritual powers hidden in them; certainly so!

The first level of meaning, and the first level of spiritual power in this Holy Name, is blessing and cursing as has been said, and likewise, as has been said, one is wise to focus on blessing and the negation of cursing. On another level, however, understanding Dalet as a “door,” which may be opened or closed, so there is the spiritual power of “opening the way,” or removing obstructions, in this Name, and the generation of new opportunities, spiritual and material. This corresponds with a deeper level of blessing and negating curses.

This is a Name of Gevurot, “judgments,” and yet if we look into it we will find that on an inner level it is all mercy, Abundant Mercy. Look and see! El corresponds with Hesed of Atzilut, and Dalet corresponds with Nogah, and therefore Netzach, the base of the Pillar of Mercy. These are the Sefirot emanating from Hokmah that deliver Mercy to Malkut, and so to all worlds; Hesed is the Sefirah of all blessings, spiritual and material, and Netzach is the Sefirah of all inspiration and creativity, and this is in the Holy Name of ALD (Alad). Therefore, blessings and creative inspiration can be invoked through calling upon this Name of God.

As we know, the full manifestation of Abundant Mercy comes into being through Adonai Messiah, and it is on account of this that the full knowledge and power of the 144 Names of God is given to us through Yeshua Messiah. Before the coming of the Messiah this was a Name of Simple Mercy, but with the coming of the Messiah it is a Name of Abundant Mercy, and if we look into the Name we will find the Divine Action of the Messiah in it.

Listen and hear, and understand! In the Gospel of St. Philip we are taught, “Do not despise the Lamb for by it you see the Door.” This is El-Dalet, the “God Door!”

The Messiah proclaims, “I am the Way,” and likewise, “I am the Gate,” and so we may say, “I am the Door,” the Way, the Gate, or the Door, to the true kingdom of heaven and God. Cleaving to the Risen Messiah and calling upon this Holy Name, so we may acquire insight into the Messiah as the Everlasting Door, the Open Door, and be blessed and empowered to pass through that Door and enter into the Kingdom of God.

When we open to the Holy Light from above, and we invite and welcome the Spirit of the Messiah into our person and life, so the indwelling Messiah is seated within and behind our heart, and the Messiah is enthroned on top of our head as a holy crown (The Anointing); the Lamb corresponds with our heart, and the Door with our crown, the top of our head – that is the point of the transference of consciousness from the physical, material body, into the body of light, the Spiritual Body of the Resurrection. Quite literally, the heart is a Door and the crown is a Door, for it is through the heart that we come to the crown, and it is through the indwelling Messiah in our heart that we acquire the Habad of the Messiah in the crown, the Divine I Am, the realization of Eheieh. The heart corresponds with faith, hope and love, and the crown with knowledge, understanding and wisdom – through faith, hope and love we come to Habad of the Messiah and El Elyon.

This is a Holy Name to invoke when you wish to open the Door of the Heart and Door of the Crown. Here, let us remember, if you are in a house or building the door is an exit, and so when the word Door appears, we can read Exit; the crown quite literally is the Exit! Through it the soul, the consciousness, experiences the Great Resurrection and Ascension – the Great Exodus! In this, perhaps, you may understand that this is among the Names of God that may be called upon to empower the transference of consciousness from the physical body into the body of light.

On a certain level, all of the interior stars are Gates or Doors, and as such, this is a Name of God that can be called upon to open them, and to uplift the serpent power through them to the crown. In this there is the full generation of the body of light, and the manifestation of great healing and wonderworking power, the full empowerment to bless, and to release and retain sin. This is the greater power of “blessing and cursing,” releasing or retaining sin, or negative karma, for this corresponds with the wealth or poverty of souls, not only in this life, but also in the afterlife.

Here we may recall the teaching of Adonai Yeshua in the Sermon on the Mount as given in the Gospel of St. Matthew: “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust consume and thieves break in and steal; but store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” (6:19-21).

As we know and understand, there are Gates, or Doors, to the heavens, and so also Gates, or Doors, in the palace of lights, and Gates, or Doors, into the various realms, worlds and universes of creation. This Name is like a key opening them – a “master key” when called upon in the Blessed Name.

Now, here it is given that we may speak an open secret. Just as we have discussed above with this Name, all of the 144 Names are Divine Powers and Divine Actions of the Messiah, and in effect, they are “Secret Names” of Adonai Messiah, and with the coming of the Messiah all are uplifted and established in Abundant Mercy, the Gevurot and Hassidim alike. The knowledge of the Holy Torah is one thing, but the knowledge of the Holy Gospel and reception of the Spirit of the Messiah is another, for having knowledge of the Gospel, and having received the Messiah, so we have knowledge of these Names of God given by the Spirit of the Messiah, knowledge of them in the Risen Messiah; hence, when we contemplate them in the Messiah, the Holy Light of the Gospel, so deeper mysteries of these Names are revealed. Thus, if we contemplate these Names in the Messiah, in the context of the mysteries of the Gospel we have been given, so we will receive deeper knowledge and understanding of them, and recognize their greater powers – the Supernal Powers of the Messiah and El Elyon in them.

The Christian Kabbalah is, in truth, a radical evolution emerging from the Jewish Kabbalah; hence, the greater revelation of God in Christ, the Anointing.

The spiritual essence and true interpretation of the Holy Torah was not revealed until the coming of the Messiah, and so it is with the Names of God.

Listen and hear, and understand! Until the appearance of the Risen Messiah the interpretation of the Torah was oriented to This World, and to rewards, blessings, in This World – it was worldly, not heavenly. With the appearance of the Risen Messiah, however, the spiritual essence of the Torah is revealed, and therefore the interpretation of the Torah is oriented to the World-That-Is-Coming, and is spiritual and heavenly, and more so, it is Supernal. Indeed, for we know in the Messiah that we are not of This World, or from This World, but rather we emanate from the Light Continuum, Yahweh, and come from the Supernal Abode; thus we know we are destined to return to our origin, destined to transcend This World and physicality, and so we labor in this life, not for rewards on earth, but for full reintegration with the Pleroma of Light, the Supernal Abode. In the Messiah we understand the true meaning of the Exodus, and that truth is in the Holy Name, ALD (or Alad).

Gazing into these Holy Names with this awareness deep mysteries will be revealed to you and you will access there greater spiritual powers, Supernal Powers.

Now, given what has been said concerning this Name of God, there is also another way of gazing into these Names to acquire knowledge of “secret” spiritual powers that are in them, and this Name is an excellent example, for ALD equals 35, and so also does the Name AGLA, “You are mighty for the world, O Lord,” or “You are heroic for the world, O Lord.” Thus, the power of the Name of AGLA is in ALD, and the power of ALD is in AGLA.

There is also a word that means “boundary” or “limit” (Gimel-Bet-Lamed) and a word that means, “He will go” (Yod-He-Kaf), that equal 35, and in what has been said of ALD we can see corresponding spiritual powers to these words.

The number of a Name also reveals a mystic word of power, for the Number corresponds with letters, in this case Lamed-He; along with contemplating this as a mystic word of power, so also we may contemplate the spiritual powers of Lamed and He in ALD. If we consider Lamed, it corresponds with an Evolutionary Force within creation, and if we consider He, it corresponds with the five essential elements of consciousness and the Holy Shekinah; this speak volumes to the spiritual power of ALD.

These were a few more teachings on ALD that were given for me to share.

Yahweh Shalom!
