The Twenty-Sixth Names

The Twenty-Sixth Name of Gevurot: He-Alef-Alef


This Holy Name equals Zain (7), and we may say that the spiritual power of the sword of God is in it – “the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God” (Ephesians 6:17)

You may recall the image of the Great Maggid of Hayyah Yeshua in the opening of the Book of Apocalypse, whose tongue is a sword of flashing fire, the word of God, in whose hand are seven stars and before whom are seven lampstands, who speaks to the angels of the seven churches and reveals the mysteries of the Second Coming and End-Of-Days.

The power of this sword, the word of God, is in this Holy Name, and so also is the power of this Great Maggid – Hua; if a Vau is set in place of the first Alef, the Name of this Great Maggid appears, the union of the power of the twins, Metatron and Sandalfon – according to the Mekubalim, this is a Secret Name of the Prince of the Face, Metatron.

When Navim wish to glean secret knowledge of the Great Maggid, or wish to invoke the influence of the Prince of the Countenance, and seek to gaze upon the image and likeness in the form of the Human One, who is the image and likeness of the glory of the Holy One, they will call upon this Name of God.

There is something more than the Archangelic Emanation of Hayyah Yeshua in this Name, however. You may recall the Lamb of God in the Book of Apocalypse, having seven horns and seven eyes, seated on the Book of Seven Seals; this is an image of the Divine Power in this Holy Name.

Now the Lamb of God corresponds to the Supernals, the seven horns to the Sefirot of Construction in Beriyah, the seven eyes correspond to the Sefirot of Construction in Yetzirah and the book or scroll having seven seals corresponds to the Sefirot of Construction in Asiyah – the horns and eyes of the Holy Lamb are said to be the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth, or all creation. These are the powers of the seven Sefirot of Construction, which emanate from Supernal Imma-Elohim – such is the power of the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

This is the Divine Power within this Holy Name of God.

The Supernals, which are the Will, Wisdom, Understanding and Knowledge of God, are the Mochin or Intelligence of God, which is acts through and is expressed by the Attributes of God represented in the seven Sefirot of Construction; this Mochin, which is Habad, is the Word spoken by the Sefirot of Construction, Malkut or the Holy Shekinah being the “Mouth of God” speaking it.

The Word of God is the Foundation of the World, the metaphysical structure of the Matrix of Creation – with Ten Holy Utterance, the Spoken Word, the Holy One created, and with Ten Holy Commandments the righteousness of the Human One was revealed for the fulfillment of the Divine Intention in creation, and this is the Word of Yahweh spoken in the prophets (navim), the Word embodied in the Messiah, the fulfillment of the law and the prophets, the fulfillment of the Divine Intention in creation.

This is the Divine Power in this Holy Name of God – the power of the Spoken Word, the Revealed Word of God; it is a Holy Name of the Spirit of the Prophets, and a Holy Name of the Shekinah of the Messiah.

Of course, here it must be said that all of the 72 Names of God in Gevurot and Hasidim are Names of the Shekinah of Messiah – but this is among the essential Names, the essence of her light-power reintegrated in the Messiah with the Light Continuum (Yahweh).

Now we might reflect upon and contemplate how prophecy is possible, and how the embodiment or incarnation of the Divine is possible – it reflects the very essence and nature of the Human Being, which is the image and likeness of Yahweh Elohim, the vehicle and dwelling place of the Divine Presence and Power in creation. In other words, it is the nature of the Human One to prophesy and to embody the Holy Shekinah – to act as a co-creator and co-redeemer with the Holy One.

Thus, in truth, when prophecy is obstructed and we do not embody the Holy Shekinah it is an unnatural state to us, an impure state – we are not living according to our true nature and being, our divine nature (neshamah, the supernal soul).

In this regard we might consider how it is that we come to believe that prophecy and the embodiment of the Divine Presence and Power is exceptional, or how we so easily come to accept the lack of the experience of Ruach Ha-Kodesh and the Holy Shekinah as spoken of in the Scriptures in our times, as though God’s Spirit, and God’s Presence and Power, should not be revealed and experienced just the same throughout all time. This acceptance of the unenlightened condition, of course, leads to the denial and rejection of the Holy Scriptures of the world wisdom traditions as the Revealed Word of God and serves to cut us off from the Spirit of God and ongoing revelation of the Living Word – Scriptures become nothing more than “mythical” and “allegorical” to us, so that we do not search them to learn God’s Word and Wisdom, and we no longer go within to listen and hear the Word of God spoken in our hearts, and no longer strive for prophecy and the experience of Ruach Ha-Kodesh, let alone the embodiment of the Holy Shekinah, divine or enlightened being.

This belief and acceptance that the state of ignorance – the state of spiritual blindness, deafness and dumbness is “natural,” is a great and powerful klippot; it is the klippah of disbelief and doubt, chronic skepticism and pessimism, which sorely plagues these modern times.

In this Holy Name of God is the power to shatter this insidious klippah, and the power to activate our innate capacity to see in the Spirit and to hear the Word of God, and to speak that Body of Vision and Living Word – it is a Name that heals us from spiritual blindness, deafness and dumbness.

Now the Supernals and the seven Sefirot of Construction have their expression in us, as does Ruach Ha-Kodesh and the Holy Shekinah – the Sefirot of Construction manifest in us as the Seven Interior Stars, the Supernals being expressed as the Eighth, the Transcendent Star, and Ruach Ha-Kodesh is the Radiant Holy Breath in us, and the Shekinah is the Serpent Power in us, a presence and power that is purely divine when uplifted and brought into alignment, harmony and unification with the Divine.

This is one of the Holy Names of God that has the power to activate this latent potential – the power to manifest the fullness of the Holy Shekinah in us and bring about the realization of the Shekinah of Messiah.

A Holy Meditation with the Name: Receiving the Word of God

If you will sit and abide in silence – hitbodedut, the word of God will be spoken in your heart; if you cleave with a passionate faith to Yeshua Messiah and the Shekinah of Messiah, and you abide, waiting upon Ruach Ha-Kodesh, you will experience the direct revelation of Hayyah Yeshua, the Risen Messiah, and receive Ruach Ha-Kodesh.

You must only have faith and hope in the Messiah of El, not only faith and hope in the blessings of God in the afterlife, but faith and hope in the blessings of God in this life – faith and hope in a Living God (El Hai, Elohim Hayyim), and in the Living Yeshua (Hayyah Yeshua), and in the Living Spirit (Hayyah Ruach).

Enflame yourself with prayer, and in the worship of Yahweh Elohenu, and invoke often – kindle in your heart and soul, and in your mind and body, passionate yearning for direct spiritual and mystical experience, for the reception of the Word of God in your heart, the illumination of Ruach Ha-Kodesh in your mind, the direct revelation of the Risen Messiah in your soul, the knowledge of God and union with God; when you have no other desire burning in you but this holy desire, and no other thought shining in your mind but this holy thought, in that very instant you be taken up by God’s Spirit to see and hear and know, and knowing, you will experience the rapturous embrace of the Beloved.

Go into your secret room and commune with Hayyah Abba, praying and worshipping in the presence of Yahweh Elohim each day, in the morning and evening; and keep the Continuum of the Holy Shabbat, worshipping and entertaining fellowship in the Community of the Elect, rejoicing in the presence of Yahweh in the assembly – keep good company and abide in the company of the Holy Shekinah, walk in beauty and holiness, and withhold yourself from evil, selfishness, cultivating the Sacred Heart, the love of the Messiah.

Go within and live within – live in the indwelling presence of the Messiah and Ruach Ha-Kodesh; pray without ceasing, communing with the Shekinah of Messiah, walking with Adonai.

Go within and live within – open to the Holy Light of God from above; live in the Holy Light, abiding in the Light Continuum.

Cultivating this continuum of the spiritual life and practice of a mystic – a spiritual Christian, from time to time when the inspiration arises, call upon this Holy Name to empower you to see and hear and speak the Word and Wisdom of God.

First, call upon Ha-Shem and the Divine Powers, and invite and welcome the Holy Shekinah, and worship in the presence of Ha-Shem, giving praise and thanks, and praying for the people and the land; be on fire for the Spirit of Yahweh.

Then, intone the Shema in the way you have been taught and, wrapped in your holy mantle, bow yourself down and intone: Adonai, El Hai, Yahweh Yeshua, Yahweh Elohim and Eheieh, cleaving with your soul in ascent.

Unify El with Elohim, activating the Name, and then intone the Name: Ha-Ah-Ah.

Abide, waiting upon Ruach Ha-Kodesh to speak the Word of God in your heart – abide in perfect communion, aware of your innate union with the Messiah in El Elyon.

When you have received the Word of God, whether in silence, voice or vision, celebrate the Holy Wedding Feast and pray for the fulfillment of God’s promise to pour out the Holy Spirit upon all peoples, pray for the revelation of the Seven Spirits of God in the Second Coming. This completes the movement.

This is the practice.

*Remember, your soul becomes what you most love.

A Practice among the Navim: The Wisdom of Enoch

When the sons and daughters of the navim wish to glean the Wisdom of Enoch they will purify themselves and tend a continuum of contemplation (hitbonenut) and passionate worship (devekut), and filling their mind with contemplations of the Books of Enoch, they will invoke the emanation of the Great Maggid and call upon this Holy Name – the deeper they wish to delve into the secret mysteries, the greater their purification and their passionate cleaving will be, giving as they wish to receive.

When they have purified and prepared themselves, and have tended the continuum of contemplation and passionate worship, when the Spirit calls them they will seclude themselves; bathing, anointing, putting on clean clothes, and wrapped in their Holy Mantle, alone in the house, they will go into their holy sanctuary and shut the door, and they will call upon the Holy One and cleave to the Shekinah – they will put on the Blessed Name and join their soul to the Mystical Body of the Messiah.

Then, they will fill their mind with the Wisdom of Enoch known to them, enacting contemplative meditation; when they have contemplated the esoteric wisdom known to them, the Word Revealed, they will unify Eheieh with Yahweh, and then unify Yahweh with Adonai.

Then they will intone Shaddai El Hai, and then will intone the Holy Name:

Yo-Hey-Hey-Ah-Va-Ah-Hey

When they have done this they will take up the sacred chant of the Name: Torahkiel Yahweh, seated, enthroned.

Bowing down, they will then intone the Holy Name of God: Hu-Ah-Ah.

If it is God’s will, abiding in hitbodedut, an emanation of the Prince of the Face or a messenger of the Lad will come to them and reveal secret mysteries; the holy angel will greet them with peace and bless them, and speak the word of God to them and show them things that will come to pass, and the angel will answer their questions, clarifying anything that needs clarification.

When the holy angel of God departs, the initiate will rise up and worship in the Shekinah of Yahweh – giving praise and thanks, and praying for the Great Resurrection and Ascension of this Good Earth, and they will celebrate a Holy Wedding Feast, sealing the movement.

This is the practice.

*If the holy maggid does not come, or the experience of Ruach Ha-Kodesh does not transpire, there is a need for further purification and intensification of worship; but if an angel of wrath or deceiving spirits comes, this practice was taken up in an impure state and prematurely, and should not be taken up again for a year and a day, during which time the aspirant would be wise to tend a continuum of self-purification and the tikkune of their soul, with special focus on the cultivation of spiritual humility and works of charity.

Angels of the Name

Ha’amiel, Admiel and Avael are the holy angels of this Name of God – these come from the order of the Hayyot Ha-Kodesh, and are said to bear secret knowledge of the Crown of the Lamb, as well as secret knowledge of the Great Maggid and his running and returning.

A Secret Mystery

In closing it is given by the Holy Spirit that we may speak another secret mystery of this Holy Name, or rather that we may hint at it – this Name bears the power of the two manifestations the Holy Shekinah, bright and dark, and holds the secret of their union in Kallah Messiah.

This concludes our sacred discourse in the Twenty-Sixth Name of Gevurot – as revealed by this Name, even the Great Judgment of Elohim is Pure Mercy. Hallelu El – Praise God! Amen.

The Twenty-Sixth Name of Hasidim: Het-Samek-Bet

As is well known to those who gaze into the subtle psychic and spiritual atmosphere of the earth, especially around populated places and cities, the astral earth is fill with all manner of spiritual influences that are not divine – the influences of archons and shedim; thus, when a dwelling is to be used as a place of spiritual work or light-work, it must be purified and consecrated, and warded, so that klippotic influences cannot enter into it.

This is a Holy Name of God that bears the power to ward a house or sacred space so that only spirits that are from God can enter into it.

Along a similar vein, called upon in the Blessed Name, this Holy Name can invoke the Tent of Meeting in a sacred and holy place – forming a sacred circle, erecting a holy shrine, and calling upon this Name of God, the very environment will become the vehicle of the Holy Shekinah speaking the Word of Yahweh; the angels of our Heavenly Father and the angels of our Earthly Mother will come and go from that place, and will bear the Word of Elohim as messengers.

Here we may say: Het, the fence, is the body, and Samek, the tent pole, is the Fiery Intelligence uplift through the central channel-way, and Bet, the house, is the Body of Light generated; with one single thought and desire, the Serpent uplifted, calling upon this Holy Name, an initiate will know and see Yahweh, Yahweh will come down as Elohim.

In this, perchance, you may glean insight into this Holy Name of God.

A Meditation with the Name: Warding the House

Before you ward a house it must be purified and consecrated – all negative spiritual influences should be banished and divine influences invoked.

When you want to ward a house against klippotic forces, having purified and consecrated it – perform a Wedding Feast, and let the talismans of the wards be consecrated with the Blood of the Lamb and anointed with Holy Oil after the consecration of the bread and wine.

*The talismans used are typically small crosses made of wood, metal or some other natural material.

Consecrating and anointing them, intone: Yah Yahweh Yeshua Adonai; and call upon this Holy Name of God: Ha-Sa-Ba.

Then, let the lentils of every entrance way to the house be marked with the Blood of the Lamb, and as you do, intone Yahweh Yeshua and the Holy Name; and then let the wards be set over every doorway in the house, again with the intonement of Yahweh Yeshua and the Holy Name.

*The wards are place inside and above the doorways leading outside, and then above all inner doorways.

When this is done, cleaving to Eheieh, take up the speaking in the Divine I Am and let Ruach Ha-Kodesh inspire the speaking of the Ward of the House in the Blessed Name, that no evil shall enter and that peace shall abide within it; and as the Divine I Am, intone the Holy Name again, sealing the Warding of the House.

Partaking of the bread and wine on behalf of all beings and extending the blessings to all completes the movement.

This is the practice.

*Thereafter be conscious of keeping good company in the house, for only by way of a host or channel can klippotic forces enter – by your own invitation.

A Practice among the Navim: Tent of Meeting

When a navi or wonderworker wishes to invoke the Tent of Meeting they will create a sacred circle and erect a shelter, and build an altar in it as a holy shrine, calling upon Ha-Shem and the Divine Powers, and inviting and welcoming the Shekinah of the Messiah, and calling upon this Holy Name, the shrine will become as the Tent of Meeting, the Place of Dwelling.

They will invoke the Names of God from El Elyon and Eheieh to Adonai by way of the Path of the Lightening Bolt, and they will invoke the Divine Powers of the Directions, and they will invite, welcome and escort the Holy Shekinah into the Tent of Meeting; in the presence of the Holy Shekinah, they will invoke her company, the spirits of the tzaddikim and holy angels.

Then, intoning: Yahweh Yeshua, Eheieh Adonai, and the Holy Name: Ha-Sa-Bo, the shrine will become the Tent of Meeting through the blessing and grace of God in the Holy Name, and they and their companions will commune with the Holy Shekinah in it, and will witness the coming and going of the holy angels around it – they will worship and make offerings, and pray for the people and the land, and Ruach Ha-Kodesh will come upon them.

In fruition the tzaddik will bring out bread and wine from the Holy Tent as the priest-king Melchizedek – this completes the movement.

This is the practice.

Angels of the Name

Heshemiel, Sadvael, and Batviel are the angels of this Holy Name; they come from the order of the Dominions and are said to be powerful guardians of sacred and holy spaces.

This concludes our sacred discourse on the Twenty-Sixth Names of Gevurot and Hasidim through the blessing and grace of God, the True Light. Hallelu Yah – Praise the Lord! Amen.

Crown of the Lamb

In teaching about the 26th Name in Gevurot, it says that the Angels of this Shem have "... knowledge of the Crown of the Lamb".

Might this be the 7 Sefirot of Construction as the 7 horns of the Lamb?

And, after another manner, the entourage of 7 archangels who attend the Messiah?

"I desire to know in order the serve".

Greetings and blessings in the light of the Messiah!

Generally speaking, in the Christian Kabbalah the "Crown of the Lamb" corresponds to Keter-Da'at and to the Divine Names of Yahweh Elohim and Eheieh; at times, though, it is a reference to the Habad of the Messiah.

There is also a teaching of the Crown of the Lamb as the Crown of the Virgin of Light; hence, the twelve powers of the twelve saviors that emanate from the Lamb of God.
